Diese Aufgabe wird mit den im Anspruch 1 aufgezeigten Merkmalen gelöst.

Die in den Figuren 1 und 1a gezeigte Verschlußkappe 10 weist im Schaft 1 den eine Einstecköffnung 21 bildenden und einen mit einer Dichtungszone 22 versehenen Dichtungs­einsatz 23 enthaltenden Innenraum 2 auf.
Der durch eine Abdeckung 4 nach außen verschlossene und durch eine Zwischenwand 3 zum Innenraum 2 hin abgetrennte Luftkanal 5 mündet mit seiner vorderen Austrittsöffnung 51 auf der Einsteckseite 11 und mit der stirnseitigen Austrittsöffnung 52 in eine zwischen zwei gewölbt verlaufenden Randabdeckungen 42 auf der Stirnseite 12 vorhandene Freisparung 55. Über einen Wanddurchbrauch 31 ist der Luftkanal 5 auch im Bereich der Einsteckseite 11 mit dem Innenraum 2 der Verschlußkappe 10 bzw. mit der Einstecköffnung 21 verbunden.
Es ist somit hierbei stets eine Luftzirkulation von der Stirnseite 12 zur Einsteckseite 11 hin oder umgekehrt möglich. Bei von außen umschlossenem Schaft 1 kann die Luftzirkulation zwischen den Randabdeckungen 42 über die stirnseitige Freisparung 55, die stirnseitige Austritts­öffnung 52, den Luftkanal 5, die vordere Austritts­öffnung 51 und/oder den Wanddurchbruch 31 sowie ggf. die Einstecköffnung 21 erfolgen.

Ein luft- oder flüssigkeits­dichtes Verschließen einer vom Schreibgerät 6 gelösten Verschlußkappe 40 bei umschlossenem Schaft 1 wird dadurch stets mit Sicherheit verhindert.

Claims (5)

1. Verschlußkappe für Schreib-, Zeichen oder Malgeräte, die eine Einstecköffnung, einen stirnseitig geschlos­senen Innenraum und mindestens einen axial durch­gehenden Luftkanal, der sich zumindest teilweise entlang des Schaftes der Verschlußkappe erstreckt, aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Luftkanal (5) im wesentlichen innerhalb der Außenwand des Schaftes (1) angeordnet ist und von einer Abdeckung (4) radial nach außen abgedeckt wird
und daß mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung (51, 52) des beidseitig offenen Luftkanales (5) in eine seitlich oder radial nur teilweise begrenzte Freisparung (54, 55) oder in einen Querkanal (53) mündet, die bzw. der an der Stirnseite (12) und/oder an der Einsteckseite (11) des Schaftes (1) der Verschlußkappe (10, 20, 30, 40) angeordnet sind bzw. ist.

2. Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die stirnseitige Austrittsöffnung (52) des Luftkanals(5) in einen radial nach innen gerichteten Querkanal (53) mündet, der sich an der Stirnseite (12) der Verschlußkappe (30, 40) befindet und der nach außen hin bzw. in axialer Richtung offen ist.

daß sie an der Einsteckseite (11) und/oder an der Stirnseite (12) angeordnete Randabdeckungen (42) aufweist, die von den Austrittsöffnungen (51, 52) ausgehend, schräg steigend, fallend oder gewölbt verlaufend, ausgebildet sind und dadurch gebildete Freisparungen (54, 55) zumindest teilweise umgrenzen.

daß der Luftkanal (5) im Bereich der Einsteck­öffnung (21) mit dem Innenraum (2) der Verschlußkappe (10, 30 und 40) durch einen Wanddurchbruch (31) verbunden ist.
