インキが調節体eに溢れ出て保溜されることにな

とともに、ペン先6を弾性体14内に突入させる
ようになつている。したがつて、キヤツプ8を被
着する際にキヤツプ8内に圧縮空気が発生するこ
となく、しかも、中キヤツプ13によつて空気孔
7を閉塞するのでインキの不用意な漏れがなく、
また、ペン先6は非吸水性の弾性体14内に突入
するので、不使用時においても乾燥されることな
く、安全に保護されるのである。

ペン先6の保持用凹所14cを形成しておけば更
にペン先6の乾燥防止を確実に行うことができ
る。

保護しうる非吸水性の弾性体を配設して成るの
で、キヤツプの被着時にキヤツプ内に圧縮空気が
発生することなく、しかも、閉塞部が瞬時に空気
孔を閉塞するので、タンク内に気泡が侵入する慮
れもなく、また、ペン先は弾性体によつて密封保
護されるので、不使用時においてもペン先は乾燥
されることなく、次の筆記に当つて、筆記初めに
掠れることがなく、勿論ぼた落ち現象を完全に無
くすことができる等の効果を有し、その利用価値
は顕著なものである。
