Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Spülmaschinenreinigern in Form von Pulverpreßlingen in Haushaltsgeschirrspülmaschinen.The invention relates to a device for receiving dishwasher cleaners in the form of powder compacts in household dishwashers.

Neben den herkömmlichen pulverförmigen Reinigern für Haus­haltsgeschirrspülmaschinen setzen sich in der letzten Zeit mehr und mehr sogenannte Pulverpreßlinge durch. Mit Hilfe dieser Preßlinge ist eine Verbesserung der Reinigerprodukt­leistung zu erzielen. Besonders effektiv ist ein Pulver­preßling in Form eines zweischichtigen Kompaktats. Ein sol­ches Kompaktat eignet sich zum Einsatz in einem zweistufi­gen Spülvorgang. Die erste Schicht löst sich im Vorspül­gang und die zweite erst später im Hauptspülgang.In addition to the conventional powder detergents for household dishwashers, more and more so-called powder compacts have become popular in recent times. Ein derartiger Pulverpreßling wird gegenwärtig vor dem Spülvorgang in das eigentlich für pulverförmige Reiniger vorgesehene Dosierkästchen der Geschirrspülmaschine einge­legt. Bei dieser Unterbringung des Pulverpreßlings findet jedoch keine genau definierbare Auflösung des Preßlings statt, insbesondere ist keine an die einzelnen Spülgänge angepaßte mehrphasige Auflösung des Preßlings gewährlei­stet, was zu nicht befriedigenden Reinigungsergebnissen führt. Dies liegt einerseits daran, daß der Pulverpreßling im Dosierkästchen nicht ausreichend mit Spülwasser in Kon­takt kommt bzw. daß der Preßling durch das Spülwasser aus dem Dosierkästchen herausgespült wird und auf den Boden der Spülmaschine fällt, wodurch keine vollständige Auflö­sung des Preßlings und gleichmäßige vorhersehbare Vertei­lung des Spülmittels in der Spülmaschine stattfindet.Such a powder compact is currently inserted into the dosing box of the dishwasher, which is actually intended for powdered detergents, before the washing process. Beeinträchtigungen des Spülgutes, insbesondere des Bestecks durch eine zu hohe Reinigerkonzentration werden durch die Art der Anbringung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrich­tung mit dem Pulverpreßling vermieden, da eine genau defi­nierbare Auflösung ausreichend weit vom Spülgut entfernt mit anschließender Verdünnung durch das Spülwasser gewähr­leistet ist.This device can be installed inside the dishwasher, for example on the cutlery basket. In Ausgestaltung sieht die Erfindung vor, daß der Dosierbe­hälter zum Einhängen am Besteckkorb oder anderen Teilen der Spülmaschine mit mindestens einem Bügel ausgestattet ist. Die Bügel ermöglichen ein einfaches Anbringen der er­findungsgemäßen Vorrichtung im Inneren der Spülmaschine. Ferner ist vorgesehen, daß am unteren Bügelauslauf zur Fixierung des Dosierbehälters ein Vorsprung vorgesehen ist. Die Wirkungsweise der Erfindung ist die folgende: Der Dosierbehälter 1 wird mit Hilfe der Bügel 6 und 7 am äußeren Rand des Besteckkorbes einer Geschirrspülmaschine befestigt. In die beiden Dosierkammern 2 wird jeweils ein in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellter, tablettenförmiger Pulverpreßling aus Geschirrspülgranulat eingelegt. Während des Spülvorganges kann Wasser durch die Seitendurchbrüche 3 und Bodendurchbrüche 4 in die Dosierkammern 2 eindrin­gen. Dadurch werden die eingelegten Pulverpreßlinge ein­wandfrei, ggf. bei Verwendung von 2-Phasen-Tabletten in aufeinanderfolgenden Stufen, gelöst. Das Besteck im Be­steckkorb ist weit genug von den Pulverpreßlingen ent­fernt, so daß in ihrer Umgebung keine zu hohe Reinigungs­mittelkonzentration auftreten kann, die evtl. Schäden an den Besteckteilen hervorrufen kann.
