Claims (9)

  1. Appareil d'emboutissage de plaques de tôle comprenant:
    a) une structure de support formée une partie de support de poinçon (10) et
       par une partie opposée (11), reliées par au moins deux, et de préférence quatre, éléments de mise sous tension (12-15);
    b) un poinçon (16) supporté par ladite partie de support de poinçon (10) et adapté à venir en engagement et à se dégager d'une matrice correspondante (17), l'accouplement entre ledit poinçon (16) et ladite matrice (17) déterminant la forme de l'emboutissage de la plaque de tôle;
    c) un corps de butée (20) supportant ladite matrice (17) et pouvant coulisser le long desdits éléments de mise sous tension (12-15) pour effectuer une course correspondant au moins à la profondeur de l'emboutissage à obtenir sur ladite plaque;
    d) des moyens de blocage mécaniques (30) pour bloquer ledit corps de butée (20) en position de travail;
       caractérisé en ce que ledit corps de butée (20) est formé par un premier élément (21) supportant ladite matrice (17) et par un second élément (22); ledit premier élément (21) et ledit second élément (22) étant mutuellement accouplés au moyen de plusieurs pistons à courte course (23-26); le coulissement dudit corps de butée (20) qui est nécessaire pour l'extraction de la pièce emboutie étant obtenu au moyen du dégagement desdits moyens de blocage mécanique (30),
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit second élément (22) est relié à la partie opposée (11) au moyen d'un piston (28) dont la course correspond au moins à la profondeur de l'emboutissage à obtenir sur ladite plaque.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pluralité de pistons (23-26) est supportée par ledit second élément (22).
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque piston de ladite pluralité de pistons (23-26) est logé dans un siège prévu directement dans ledit second élément (22).
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage mécaniques (30) comprennent plusieurs éléments d'écartement coopérant avec le second élément (22) et ladite partie opposée (11).
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites éléments d'écartement (30) peuvent être fixés sur ledit second élément (22) et peuvent coulisser dans des ouvertures appropriées (31) prévues dans ladite partie opposée (11).
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites éléments d'écartement (30) peuvent être fixés sur ladite partie opposée (11) et peuvent coulisser dans des ouvertures appropriées prévues dans ledit second élément.
  8. Appareil selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments d'écartement (30) peuvent être bloqués au moyen d'une plaque rotative (32) qui ouvre et ferme lesdites ouvertures (31) en fonction de son angle de rotation.
  9. Appareil selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments d'écartement (30) peuvent être bloqués au moyen d'une plaque coulissante qui ouvre et ferme lesdites ouvertures en fonction de ses positions de coulissement.
