Claims (10)
- Outillage (2) destiné à la fabrication de corps de boîtes métalliques, notamment pour des boîtes de récipients sous pression ou des canettes à boissons,

le dispositif d'entraînement (5) du premier poinçon d'emboutissage (7) est conçu de manière à ce qu'il puisse adopter un mode de fonctionnement à position commandée ou à position régulée et un mode de fonctionnement à puissance commandée ou à puissance régulée, la commutation du mode de fonctionnement à position commandée ou à position régulée au mode de fonctionnement à puissance commandée ou à puissance régulée étant effectuée lorsque le premier poinçon d'emboutissage (7) est commuté de sa fonction d'emboutissage à sa fonction de serre-flan. - Outillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième poinçon d'emboutissage (8) est disposé coaxialement dans un conduit central du premier poinçon d'emboutissage (7), avec possibilité de déplacement en longueur.

- Outillage selon la revendication 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième surface antagoniste de serre-flan est formée par un épaulement annulaire (20) qui est disposé à une distance fixe par rapport à la première surface de serre-flan (21).

- Procédé destiné à la fabrication de corps de boîtes métalliques, notamment pour des boîtes de récipients sous pression ou des canettes à boissons, selon lequel, dans un outillage (2), un premier poinçon d'emboutissage (7), commandé ou régulé en position, enfonce un serre-flan (17) découpé, dans un conduit de passage (19), dans un sens d'emboutissage défini, et emboutit d'abord un godet avec un fond (24) et une paroi (23), le godet (23, 24) étant ensuite soumis à un emboutissage supplémentaire, dans le même sens d'emboutissage, et à un étirage, avec un deuxième poinçon d'emboutissage (8) disposé coaxialement avec le premier poinçon d'emboutissage (7), en vue de former le corps de boîte métallique,

le dispositif d'entraînement (5) du premier poinçon d'emboutissage (7) est commuté du fonctionnement à position commandée ou à position régulée à un fonctionnement à puissance commandée ou à puissance régulée, lorsque le fond (24) du godet arrive à un gradin (20) dans le conduit de passage (19). - Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon d'emboutissage (7) de la première étape d'emboutissage est utilisé comme serre-flan pour la deuxième étape d'emboutissage.
