Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for loosening tennis courts, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Such a device is already known from German utility model 78 36 976. This device has, behind the two harrow beams arranged one behind the other, a planing rail extending over the entire working width, a roller and a broom with brushes. With this device, known as a sports field maintenance device, the floors of tennis courts are to be restored regardless of their soil density, their moisture content and their surface properties, whereby the greatest possible evenness should be given with uniformity in their degree of compaction and good water permeability. By means of this sports field maintenance device, sports ground or the like. Different consistency and ripple can be reprocessed, but the requirement for a flat surface of the tennis courts can not always be met with this known device, since in the respective outer areas of the reciprocating movement transversely small ridges can be formed in the direction of the driven harrow beams. These ramparts are formed by the soil particles, which may be directed outwards by the tines arranged in the outer areas of the harrow beams, ie are transported into the area outside the working width of the trailing roller, so that the individual working paths of the sports field maintenance device lying next to one another can be recognized. This creates a loosened upper layer of soil, but the surface of the soil is still uneven due to the formation of walls.
The invention is therefore based on the object of leveling the wall which may arise at the end of the working area of the generic device when loosening tennis courts, so that a very flat surface is obtained without the interfaces of the adjacent working areas being recognizable or appear noticeably, so that overall there is a flat surface.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.
As a result of this measure, the soil particles moved outwards by the tines of the harrow beams and forming small ramparts are leveled in a particularly simple but effective manner, so that no more interfaces between the adjacent work areas of the sports field maintenance device are recognizable and thus an overall flat surface of the tennis courts is created . The floor is moved obliquely to the direction of travel in the direction of the machine center by the border broom, whereby a very good leveling of the floor and a good connection of the adjacent processing tracks is achieved. The broom smoothes out; this is crucial Importance. It is also of particular importance that the border brush is attached to the trailing roller, so that the border brushes located on the side next to the harrow beams are guided exactly by the trailing roller rolling on the ground surface, so that an optimal leveling of the turf space surface is always guaranteed.
From DE-OS 35 18 991 a tillage combination consisting of a vibrating harrow and a trailing roller arranged behind the vibrating harrow is already known, with lateral harrow elements being arranged laterally next to the tine carriers of the vibrating harrow, which are driven transversely to the direction of travel. These harrow elements attached to the frame of the trailing roller serve to remove the lateral earth dams generated outside of the working width of the trailing roller by the vibrating harrow, in that these earth dams are returned to the working area of the trailing roller with the help of the harrow elements and are thus leveled. By returning the lateral earth dams to the working area of the trailing roller, the large clods transported by the reciprocating tine carriers into the outer area to the side of the trailing roller are also crushed, in that they are then rolled over by the trailing roller. To produce a uniformly flat seed bed, it is necessary that these known border harrow elements are designed as rigid coulters. It is only through the rigid formation of the coulters that the lateral flow of the soil out of the area of the tine boundary and the soil parts moved by the tines outwards and piled up into small earthen walls are returned to the working area of the trailing roller, so that the loosened soil is removed from the trailing roller again is leveled and pressed and an evenly level seed bed is created.
Due to the different claims regarding the processing of a seed bed or a tennis court, the device according to the invention is not comparable with the tillage combination. There are great differences in the working depth of a seed bed and a tennis court, so that the sports field maintenance device designed in accordance with the invention cannot be compared with the known tillage combination. Since the task of the tillage combination according to DE-OS 35 18 991 is to loosen and mix the soil down to deeper layers, more soil particles are moved outwards by the tines than in a sports field maintenance device with its low working depth. So that a level, well reconsolidated seedbed is created, this lateral outflow of the soil from the area of the tines must be limited and the soil parts already moved outwards by the tines and piled up into small earth walls must be returned to the working area of the trailing roller. To prepare a flat surface of a turf pitch, however, it is sufficient to level out the parts of the soil that are moved outwards by the tines using the border harrow, without having to return them to the working area of the winder, since the tines' shallow working depth means that there is only little wall formation acts.
Through the German utility model 69 30 352 a harrow is described, which is provided for the preparation of a seed bed. This harrow has tines on the harrow beams, which are set in a reciprocating motion across the direction of travel by a drive mechanism. On the outer harrows of the harrow beams, limit harrows are arranged at an angle to the direction of travel, which have tines similar to the harrow beams. By means of these border harrows, which open towards the front, the Wall leveled again. These border harrows with tines, which are attached to the outer ends of the harrow beams and perform the same oscillating movement as the harrow beams, are not suitable for leveling the ramparts that arise when loosening up the tennis courts.
An articulated attachment of the border harrow can be achieved in that the holder is fastened to the holder by means of a joint, and in that the holder is attached to the holder of the trailing roller attached stop bracket rests, the stop bracket limits the path of the harrow down.
Furthermore, it is provided according to the invention that the stop bracket is adjustable. As a result of this measure, there is the possibility of adjusting the respective position of the border brush relative to the trailing roller, so that wear of the border brush can be taken into account and the brush can be adjusted by means of the holder so that it always interacts with the floor surface and the leveling of the small side Ramparts occurred exactly.

The sports field maintenance device consists of the vibrating harrow 1, which has two
