Claims (31)

  1. Papierleimungsmittel in Form einer vorgeformten stabilen wäßrigen Dispersion zur anschließenden Verwendung in einem Papierleimungsverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel die Fähigkeit besitzt Papierrohstoff, Papierbahnen oder auf Format geschnittenes Papier in einem wirksamen Ausmaß zu leimen, wenn es während des Leimungsverfahrens in Kontakt mit dem Papierrohstoff, den Papierbahnen oder dem auf Format geschnittenen Papier gebracht wird; und daß es das Material umfaßt, das durch Zugabe wenigstens einer Aluminiumverbindung zu einer einen Harzleim und ein Aminsalz einer Harzsäure umfassenden wäßrigen Dispersion, erhältlich ist.
  2. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Aminsalz einer Harzsäure das Produkt der Neutralisation einer Komponente, die ausgewählt ist aus Kolophonium, angereichertem Kolophonium, verestertem Kolophonium, disproportioniertem Kolophonium oder Gemischen davon, mit einem Amin ist.
  3. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Aminsalz einer Harzsäure zu einer Kolophonium-Dispersion, die die Harzleimkomponente des Mittels umfaßt, hinzugefügt wird.
  4. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Aminsalz einer Harzsäure durch teilweise Neutralisation des Säuregehalts der Harzleimkomponente des Mittels erzeugt wird.
  5. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die Harzleimkomponente ein Kolophonium-Derivat ist, und das Aminsalz einer Harzsäure durch Neutralisation der entsprechenden Harzsäure vor oder nach deren Umwandlung in ein Kolophonium-Derivat hergestellt wird.
  6. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Aminsalz der Harzsäure durch Neutralisation eines Amins der Formel

    erzeugt wird; in der die Reste R₁, R₂ und R₃ gleich oder verschieden sind und einen Alkyl-, substituierten Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder substituierten Alkenylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, oder ein Wasserstoffatom darstellen, mit der Maßgabe, daß wenigstens einer der Reste R₁, R₂ und R₃ kein Wasserstoffatom ist.
  7. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei wenigstens einer der Reste R₁, R₂ und R₃ substituiert ist.
  8. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei der Substituent eine Hydroxy-, Alkoxy-, Carboxy- oder Aminogruppe ist.
  9. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei R₁, R₂ oder R₃ eine 2-Hydroxyethyl- oder eine 2-Hydroxypropylgruppe sind.
  10. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei das Amin Monomethylamin, Dimethylamin, Trimethylamin, Monoethylamin, Diethylamin, Triethylamin, Monopropylamin, Dipropylamin, Tripropylamin, Monoethanolamin oder Diethanolamin ist.
  11. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei das Amin Triethanolamin ist.
  12. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Aminsalz in einer Menge vorhanden ist, die 1 bis 20 % Neutralisation der in der Kolophonium-Komponente vorhandenen Säuregruppen entspricht.
  13. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Aluminiumverbindung ein Aluminiumsalz ist.
  14. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei das Aluminiumsalz ausgewählt ist aus Aluminiumsulfat, Papierherstellungs-Alaun und Polyaluminiumchloriden der Formel;



            Al(OH)x(SO₄)yClz



    in der x einen Wert von 1,35 bis 1,65, y einen Wert von 0,08 bis 0,15 und z einen Wert von 3-(x+y) annimmt; oder solchen der Formel:



            Aln(OH)mCl3n-m



    in der n einen Wert von 1 bis 20 annimmt, m kleiner als 3n und 3n-m/m wenigstens 2 ist.
  15. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei das Aluminiumsalz ein Aluminiumchlorhydrat der Formel



            Alx(OH)yClz



    ist; in der x einen Wert von 1 bis 4, vorzugsweise 1 annimmt, y und z, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, Werte von 0,5 bis 2,5 annehmen und das Verhältnis y : z im Bereich 5:1 bis 1:5 liegt.
  16. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, das nach einer Inversionstechnik hergestellt wurde.
  17. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, in dem wenigstens ein Stabilisator, gegebenenfalls in Verbindung mit wenigstens einem Hilfsstabilisator, vorhanden ist.
  18. Mittel gemäß Anspruch 17, wobei der Stabilisator ausgewählt ist aus Schutzkolloiden, Stärkederivaten, Cellulosederivaten, polymeren Stoffen sowie anionischen, nichtionischen, kationischen und amphoteren oberflächenaktiven Stoffen, wasserlöslichen Polyaminpolyamid/Epichlorhydrin-Harzen, wasserlöslichen Alkylenpolyamin/Epichlorhydrin-Harzen und Poly(diallylamin)/Epichlorhydrinharzen.
  19. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei Ammoniak, ein Ammoniumsalz oder ein Vorläufer davon, in das Mittel eingearbeitet wird.
  20. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei wenigstens ein synthetischer Leim, nämlich ein Alkenylbernsteinsäureanhydrid oder ein Alkylketendimeres, in das Mittel eingearbeitet wird.
  21. Mittel gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, das 25 bis 60 Gew.-% der Kombination von Harzkomponente, Koreaktanten und Aminsalz umfaßt.
  22. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Papierleimungsmittels, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es in Form einer stabilen wäßrigen Dispersion für die spätere Verwendung in einem Papierleimungsverfahren vorliegt, und daß es die Fähigkeit besitzt, Papierrohstoff, Papierbahnen und auf Format geschnittenes Papier in einem wirksamen Ausmaß zu leimen, wenn es während des Leimungsverfahrens in Kontakt mit dem Papierrohstoff, Papierbahnen oder auf Format geschnittenem Papier gebracht wird, wobei das Verfahren zuerst die Erzeugung einer wäßrigen Dispersion, die Harzleim und ein Aminsalz einer Harzsäure umfaßt, und dann das Einbringen wenigstens einer Aluminiumverbindung in die Dispersion umfaßt.
  23. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 22, wobei das Aminsalz sich bei der Addition des freien Amins zu dem Harzleim bildet, und eine teilweise Neutralisation der Harzsäurekomponente des Harzleims bewirkt.
  24. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 22, wobei das Aminsalz getrennt erzeugt und später als solches zum Harzleim hinzugefügt wird.
  25. Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 22, 23 oder 24, wobei das Aminsalz der Harzsäure das Salz der Harzsäure und von Monomethylamin, Dimethylamin, Trimethylamin, Monoethylamin, Diethylamin, Triethylamin, Monopropylamin, Dipropylamin, Tripropylamin oder Diethanolamin ist.
  26. Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 22, 23 oder 24, wobei das Aminsalz der Harzsäure das Salz der Harzsäure und von Triethanolamin ist.
  27. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 22, wobei die Aluminiumverbindung ein Aluminiumsalz ist, ausgewählt aus Aluminiumsulfat, Papierhrstellungs-Alaun und Polyaluminiumchloriden der Formel



            Al(OH)x(SO₄)yClz



    in der x einen Wert von 1,35 bis 1,65, y einen Wert von 0,08 bis 0,15 und z einen Wert von 3-(x+y) annimmt; oder solchen der Formel:



            Aln(OH)mCl3n-m



    in der n einen Wert von 1 bis 20 annimmt, m kleiner als 3n und 3n-m/m wenigstens 2 ist; und einem Aluminiumchlorhydrat der Formel:



            Alx(OH)yClz



    in der x einen Wert von 1 bis 4, vorzugsweise 1 annimmt, y und z, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, Werte von 0,5 bis 2,5 annehmen und das Verhältnis y:z im Bereich 5:1 bis 1:5 liegt.
  28. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 27, wobei eine Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsion, die die Harzkomponente und wenigstens einen Stabilisator umfaßt, hergestellt und anschließend einer Inversionstechnik ausgesetzt wird, so daß das gewünschte Mittel in Form einer Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion erzeugt wird, die dann mit wenigstens einer Aluminiumverbindung gemischt wird.
  29. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines geleimten Papierprodukts, wobei ein Papierleimungsmittel zu einem Papierfaserstoff hinzugefügt wird, der dann zu Papier verarbeitet wird, oder der als Oberflächenleim für hergestellte Papierbögen oder auf Format geschnittenes Papier verwendet wird, wobei das Mittel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es das Material umfaßt, das durch Zugabe wenigstens einer Aluminiumverbindung zu einer wäßrigen Dispersion, die Harzleim und ein Aminsalz der Harzsäure umfaßt, erhältlich ist.
  30. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 29, wobei das Mittel in einer Menge im Bereich von 0,1 bis 5,0 Gew.-% Feststoffe, bezogen auf die Masse des im Faserbrei enthaltenen Faserstoffs, aus dem das Papierprodukt hergestellt wird, angewendet wird.
  31. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 29 oder 30, wobei das Papierleimungsmittel ein Mittel gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 21 ist.
