Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour remplir automatiquement et uniformément des moules (2) de presses (3) pour mouler des pièces céramiques, en particulier des carreaux, comprenant un ensemble d'alimentation (4) d'un matériau (5), qui est mobile vers l'arrière et vers l'avant de façon alternative, et dont le front de débit (6a) recouvre une trémie d'accumulation (10), supportée par une charpente indépendante (11) correspondante, le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que le fond de ladite trémie (10) est constitué par trois plaques perforées, placées en contact à coulissement entre elles, la première (10a), celle de dessus, étant fixe, la seconde (10b), celle du milieu, étant mobile et actionnée par un moyen correspondant, et la troisième (10c), celle de dessous, étant fixe, une grille (16), reposant immédiatement au-dessous de ladite trémie, étant prévue pour distribuer le matériau et interposée entre la trémie et les moules (2) de la presse (3), et actionnée horizontalement de façon vibratoire, grâce à des éléments indépendants (17) associés à ladite charpente (11).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde plaque médiane (10b) est mobile à partir d'une première position, donnant un alignement de ses propres trous (13) uniquement avec les trous (12) de la première plaque supérieure (10a), vers une seconde position, donnant un alignement de ses propres trous uniquement avec les trous (14) de la troisième plaque inférieure (10c), en définissant des chambres verticales présentant des volumes transversaux et des sections transversales susceptibles d'être prédéterminés au préalable.
  3. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble d'alimentation est constitué par un courroie transporteuse (6), motorisée de façon indépendante, dont l'actionnement est commandé par un moyen servant à détecter le niveau du matériau (5) présent dans la trémie (10).
  4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen (15), servant au déplacement de la seconde plaque médiane (10b), est constitué par un vérin hydrodynamique (18), présentant une extrémité (18a) associée rigidement à ladite charpente (11), et l'extrémité opposée (18b) articulée sur un bord de ladite seconde plaque médiane.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen (15), servant à déplacer la seconde plaque médiane (10b), est constitué par au moins un ensemble excentrique, monté pivotant sur ladite charpente, et agissant sur le bord de cette plaque.
