Claims (9)

  1. Montage von konzentrischen, mehrschichtigen, elastischen Abschirmungsmänteln für Stromkabel (20), insbesondere zum Schutz gegen elektromagnetische Strahlung bei niedrigen Frequenzen, wobei die Mäntel zwischen zwei Isolierschichten (2-4, 9-10) über einen Schirm (5-8) mit einem hohen magnetischen Durchlässigkeitskoeffizienten verfügen, der aus mindestens zwei Streifen aus Eisen-Nickel-Legierung mit Gefügeausbildung oder aus einer strukturlosen Eisen-Nickel-Bor-Legierung besteht, die zwischen zwei Metallgeflechten (5, 8) mit geringer elektrischer Leitfähigkeit und hohem Überdeckungsvermögen angeordnet sind, und wobei die Montage über Schraubverbinder verfügt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubverbinder aus einem rostfreien, martinsitischen oder ferritischen Werkstoff bestehen, ausserdem durch Magnetformung aufgequetscht sind, und an der Verbindung des Einpackungskörpers mit dem Gewindeteil des Verbinders über einen elastischen Stromkontakt (24) verfügen.
  2. Montage gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen zwei Isolierschichten (2-4, 9-10) über einen Schirm (5-8) mit hohem magnetischen Durchlässigkeitskoeffizienten verfügt, der aus mindestens einem Mu-Metallstreifen (6) besteht, der zwischen zwei Metallgeflechten (5,8) mit geringer elektrischer Leitfähigkeit und hohem Überdeckungsvermögen angeordnet ist.
  3. Montage gemäss dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bildschirm aus zwei übereinander angeordneten, in nebeneinander liegenden Windungen gewickelten Mu-Metallstreifen (6, 7) besteht, die zwischen zwei Metallgeflechten (5, 8) angebracht sind.
  4. Montage gemäss dem Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mu-Metallstreifen jeweils eine Breite von ca. 25 mm und eine Dicke von ca. 1/10tel mm aufweisen.
  5. Montage gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallgeflechte (5, 8) aus verzinntem Kupfer bestehen.
  6. Montage gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die interne Isolierschicht (2-4) aus, von innen nach aussen nacheinander angeordnet, einer Isolierfolie (2), einer Silikon-Elastomer-Schicht (3) und einer Isolierfolie (4) besteht.
  7. Montage gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die externe Schicht (9-10) aus, von innen nach aussen angeordnet, einer Isolierfolie (9) und einer Silikon-Elastomer-Schicht (10) besteht.
  8. Montage gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem über einen internen, spiralenförmig angeordneten Inoxstahldraht (1) verfügt.
  9. Montage gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem über eine aus einem Kunststoff bestehende Aussenverkleidung (11) zum mechanischen und chemischen Schutz verfügt.
