Claims (7)
- Dispositif de couchage d'une nappe continue de papier ou de carton qui s'enroule sur un rouleau d'appui rotatif, ce dispositif comprenant des moyens de précouchage, permettant d'appliquer en excès une masse de couchage, et une chambre d'égalisation qui comprend, du côté de l'entrée, une paroi qui laisse elle-même subsister une fente d'entrée sur la nappe couchée et vis-à-vis de cette dernière et, du côté de la sortie, un élément formant lame, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'égalisation (1, 21, 31) comporte un ou plusieurs conduits de sortie (10, 20, 40, 50) et en ce qu'à ces conduits de sortie (10, 20, 40, 50), il est associé des organes d'étranglement (7, 15) permettant de régler la quantité et/ou la pression de la masse de couchage qui sort.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les conduits de sortie (8, 10 ; 20) sont réalisés dans la même paroi (6) que la fente d'entrée (14).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les conduits de sortie (40, 50) se trouvent dans au moins l'une des parois de la chambre d'égalisation (21, 31) autres que la paroi (24, 26, 34) située du côté de l'entrée.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'étranglement (7, 15) sont disposés à l'intérieur des parois considérées (7, 15) ou sont associés structurellement directement à ces dernières.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant qu'organes d'étranglement, il est prévu un ou plusieurs tiroirs (15) ou tiroirs rotatifs (7).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par des parois latérales de retenue (17, 27, 37) qui délimitent la chambre d'égalisation (1, 21, 31) suivant la direction axiale, c'est-à-dire aussi suivant la direction axiale du rouleau d'appui.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par des parois d'étanchéité (17, 27, 37) qui délimitent la chambre d'égalisation (1, 21, 31) suivant la direction axiale, c'est-à-dire aussi suivant la direction axiale du rouleau d'appui.
