Claims (8)
- Carter pour ventilateur radial, comportant deux parties latérales (1a,1b) et une enveloppe (2), et dans lequel pour raccorder l'enveloppe aux parties latérales, l'enveloppe comporte, sur son côté qui s'étend dans la direction circonférentielle du carter, une agrafure à fente (5) qui est rabattu radialement vers l'extérieur et est ouvert radialement vers l'intérieur et dans lequel respectivement l'une des parties latérales pénètre et est raccordée rigidement à l'enveloppe (2) lors de la réunion par serrage de l'agrafure à fente, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone de départ de la spirale (9) du canal d'écoulement, la paroi, extérieure du point de vue radial, de la spirale du canal d'écoulement est formée par une patte (4) réalisée sous la forme d'un élément séparé et qui forme l'enveloppe dans la zone située entre la tubulure de refoulement (8) et la zone de départ de la spirale (9) du canal d'écoulement, que la patte peut être raccordée au reste du carter au moyen de deux barrettes moulées (11a,11b), que chaque barrette moulée (11a,11b) est adaptée, dans sa direction longitudinale, à la forme de la partie latérale (1a,1b) et possède une section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire, chaque bride (12,13) de la section transversale rectangulaire étant respectivement pourvue d'une fente ouverte (12a,13a), dont l'une (13a) sert à loger la partie marginale de la patte (4), tandis que l'autre (12a) sert à loger la zone maginale, extérieure du point devue radial, d'une partie latérale (1a,1b).
- Carter suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la patte (4) est légèrement repliée radialement vers l'intérieur au niveau de son extrémité située à l'opposé de la tubulure de refoulement (8) et peut être repoussée en recouvrement au-dessous de l'enveloppe (2), par sa partie coudée (4a).
- Carter suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les fentes (12a,13a) ménagées dans les barrettes moulées (11a,11b) sont élargies au niveau de l'extrémité tournée à l'opposé de la tubulure de refoulement (8) de sorte qu'on peut les repousser simultanément pardessus l'enveloppe (2) et l'agrafure à fente (5) de cette dernière.
- Carter suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque barrette moulée (11a,11b) peut être raccordée, à proximité de la tubulure de refoulement (8), à la partie latérale associée (1a,1b) au moyen d'un système amovible (13) de raccordement par formes complémentaires.
- Carter suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque barrette moulée (11a,11b) comporte, à proximité de la tubulure de refoulement (8), une bride (17), qui peut être appliquée sur la partie latérale (1a,1b) et que traverse le système de liaison amovible par formes complémentaires (13).
- Carter suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque barrette moulée (11a,11b) est formée, à proximité de la tubulure de refoulement (8), sans la bride (11a,11b) dirigée radialement vers l'extérieur et sans le flasque extérieur de la bride (13) parallèle à l'axe.
- Carter suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les barrettes moulées (11a,11b) sont fabriquées selon le procédé de moulage par injection.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les barrettes moulées (11a,11b) sont réalisées en matière plastique, de préférence en une matière plastique renforcée par des fibres de verre.
