Abstract
Description
The innovation relates to a corkscrew according to the preamble of
Such a corkscrew is known from DE - GM 74 39 782 and G 86 24 741.7.
In the known corkscrew, the metal tongues are arranged on a one-piece handle, so that in use the metal tongues must be freely inserted between the cork and the bottle neck. This is usually only possible with the help of the second hand, since the distance between the free ends of the metal tongues does not correspond to the diameter of the bottle opening. Furthermore, in such a corkscrew, the two metal tongues must be inserted between the cork and the bottle neck by alternately tilting the handle. Nevertheless, a not very tight cork can be easily pushed into the bottle. On the other hand, when corks are stuck, a great deal of force is required to insert the tongues.
The invention has for its object to develop a corkscrew according to the preamble of
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the shaft part is arranged displaceably in a guide sleeve and the guide sleeve is provided with a centering edge which can be plugged onto a bottle neck. The guide sleeve can thus be placed on the bottle neck in a simple manner and the shaft part guided by it with the metal tongues is thus centered with respect to the bottle opening.
Characterized in that the shaft part is divided in the longitudinal direction into two shaft halves and a grip tab and a metal tongue is arranged on each shaft half, by moving one shaft half first a metal tongue and then by moving the other shaft half, the other metal tongue can be inserted between the cork and the bottle neck. As a result, when the first metal tongue is pressed in, only half the force acts on the cork, so that even with a relatively loose fit, pressing the cork down into the bottle is largely avoided. When the second metal tongue is pressed in, the cork is then additionally clamped by the first metal tongue, thus providing additional security against being pushed in.
For the handling of the corkscrew, it is particularly advantageous that a guide ring which is set back in relation to the centering edge in the axial direction of the guide sleeve and whose opening has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the bottle opening is arranged in the guide sleeve. Such a guide ring serves as a stop when the corkscrew is placed on it, and its opening, which is adapted to the diameter of the bottle opening, aligns the metal tongues precisely to the size of the bottle opening, so that the metal tongues can be inserted exactly between the cork and the bottle neck.
Because the metal tongues are curved inwards with respect to their longitudinal axis, the cork is clamped so tightly that it can be pulled out of the bottle neck with certainty.
The insertion of the metal tongues is made even easier by the fact that the metal tongues, which should consist of spring steel with good resilience, are pointed at their free ends.
- Figur 1: Einen Korkenzieher (isometrisch)
- Figure 1: A corkscrew (isometric)
- Figure 2: Partial view / partial section of the corkscrew placed on a bottle head with a shaft half shifted downwards. The steel tongue is between the bottle neck and cork.
- Figure 3: A metal tongue in cross section 1 - 1
Mit dem beschriebenen Korkenzieher kann ein Korken schnell und ohne jede Beschädigung aus dem Flachenhals gezogen werden.1 with a guide sleeve is designated in which one of two shaft halves 2 u. 3 existing shaft part by appropriate guide members 4 u. 5 are guided displaceably in the axial direction of the
