Abstract

Dans un appareil et un procédé de micromaltage de céréales, en particulier de l'orge, la céréale est placée dans un réservoir dans des conditions contrôlées pendant toute la durée des diverses étapes de maltage appliquées séquentiellement et destinées à assurer l'aptitude de répétition du processus.
