The locking elements 10 have a concave, mutually directed surface area 28, under which a recess 29 lies. A locking element 8 engages in this recess 29. Claims (4)

  1. Device for securing a covering which closes an opening and comprises a substantially dimensionally stable frame (1) and at least one cover or grating (2), also substantially dimensionally stable and manufactured in one piece, which device comprises at least one locking arrangement (7) having a locking part attached to the frame (1) or to the cover or grating (2), which locking part is formed as a web (8) elastically deformable in the plane of the cover or grating (2) and of the frame (1), respectively, and grips under a projection on the frame (1) and over a projection on the cover or grating (2), respectively, and can be unlocked by elastic deformation, characterised in that at least one locking arrangement (7) is arranged on one side of the cover or grating, while there is provided on the opposite side a swivel bearing (16, 38, 43), the swivel bearing comprising at least one pivot pin (16) fastened near the front ends of the cover or grating and a respective bearing groove (38, 43) in the frame (1) for receiving a pivot pin (16).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking arrangement (7) comprises two elastically deformable closing elements (8) arranged on the edge of the cover or grating (2) in a mirror-symmetrical position, and two cam-shaped blocking elements (10) fastened to the frame (1).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the two closing elements (8) are formed as angular, elastically deformable branches (31).
  4. Device according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the two blocking elements (10) assigned to the closing elements (8) are provided with a convex, rounded slide part (28) for guiding the closing elements (8) during the closing of the cover or grating (2) and with a subsequent recess (29) for engaging the closing elements (8).
