Abstract

In the method, two setting-up profiles having draw-off edges are laid in the correct position on a base, with the draw-off edges directed upwards, at a distance from one another corresponding to the wall thickness of a masonry to be erected and, after being aligned, are bonded to the base with their draw-off edges at the same level. Thereafter, the interspace between the setting-up profiles is filled with mortar, and then the mortar filling is smoothed off to the same level by means of the draw-off edges of the setting-up profiles. It has proved especially advantageous for this purpose to have U-shaped setting-up profiles which can be bonded to the base, with their legs directed downwards, so that their webs then pointing upwards form the draw-off edge. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing level bearing beds for the first layer of masonry from dry construction layered on top of one another or in the bed joints and optionally also in the butt joints by means of an adhesive-connected block-like wall blocks on uneven surfaces, such as foundations, rough ceilings and the like ., further on a profile strip for use in the method according to the invention.

While in the case of mortared masonry, the horizontal bed joints between the superimposed layers of wall blocks and, as a rule, also the vertical butt joints between neighboring wall blocks are designed as mortar joints, the lack of mortar in the joints is characteristic of masonry constructed in dry construction.

Insofar as one disregards dry walls that are not of interest here to support embankments or for similar purposes, a prerequisite for drywall construction Wise executable masonry that the wall blocks to be used have only slight dimensional deviations, at least in their vertical dimensions when used as intended. This requirement is sufficient for. B. known wall blocks made of gas concrete, which were previously connected to each other in the bearing and butt joints by means of thin-layer adhesive to be applied. Wall blocks with extremely small dimensional deviations have also recently been used successfully for building masonry in residential buildings and for similar purposes in purely dry construction technology, in which no adhesive or mortar is introduced into either the horizontal bed joints or the vertical butt joints.

When building masonry from only minimal deviations in wall blocks in dry construction or adhesive technology, it is crucial that the lowest layer of such wall blocks is installed at the same level on a foundation, an unfinished ceiling or another surface. This requirement is satisfied by laying the wall blocks forming the first layer in a mortar bed, in which unevenness of the subsurface that can practically always be found can be compensated for with sufficient accuracy. However, this method of operation is so costly that it prevents a broader use of the otherwise economically advantageous dry construction method and also the use of adhesive technology.

The invention aims to address this inadequacy remedied and an economically justifiable process for the production of level bedding for the first layer when building masonry in dry construction or adhesive technology on uneven surfaces, including the necessary tools.

Proceeding from the above-described prior art, this object is achieved in terms of process engineering in that, in the method according to the preamble of patent claim 1, at a distance corresponding to the wall thickness of the masonry to be erected, two profiled strips provided with pulling edges with upward pointing on the substrate Trigger edges are installed in the correct position, aligned with their trigger edges at the same level and then fastened to the substrate, and that the space between the profile strips is then filled with mortar and the latter is then leveled off over the trigger edges using a leveling sheath.

In contrast to the prior art, the individual wall blocks of the first layer of masonry to be erected are not gradually laid at the same level in a mortar bed, which requires alignment work for each individual wall block and, if necessary, the refilling of mortar, but according to the invention becomes a level bedding For the first layer of wall blocks of this type, the profile strips provided with pull-off edges are installed in the correct position and attached to the substrate, and then a mortar filler is pulled off over the pull-off edges of the profile strips laid in this way.

According to the invention, a bearing bedding is economically compensated for the unevenness of the subsurface, on which the wall blocks of a first layer of masonry to be erected using dry construction or adhesive technology can be laid in such a way that sufficiently precise horizontal joints between the individual layers of the masonry occur.

It has proven to be advantageous if the profiled strips are kept at a distance from one another by spacer profiles extending between them and connectable to them. It is also advantageous if the profile strips are fastened to the substrate by means of retaining brackets that can be plugged onto them. The brackets or the limiting rails themselves can be attached to the subsurface by dowelling. In the meantime, mortaring by means of mortar chunks to be placed at a distance from one another has proven to be particularly simple.

With regard to the aids for carrying out the method according to the invention, the solution to the problem of the invention in this respect is to create a profiled strip which, due to the design as perforations for the passage of mortar, has a plastered profiled strip with at least one fastening leg which can be fixed on a substrate and a removal edge removed therefrom for pulling off a mortar backfill using a leveling sheath. Such a profile strip is simple in the manner known when attaching plaster profile strips can be installed and, in addition to the function of its pull-off edge in the installed state, also serves to limit the bedding to be created at the side.

A special design of this profile strip is characterized by the design as a U-profile with two profile legs, which are connected to each other by a web forming the pull-off edge and, when used as intended, are attached to a base with profile legs pointing downwards, the web then pointing upwards forms the pull-off edge. In this embodiment, both the profile legs and the web are expediently penetrated by perforations, which enable problem-free backfilling of the profile cavity formed between the profile legs and the web with mortar.

In a further embodiment of the profile strip extends in parallel position to at least one of the profile legs on the longitudinal edge removed from the web, which, when the plaster profile strip is used as intended, points upward on the outside of the profile. Of course, such holding flanges can also extend from the profile outside of both profile legs, with one holding flange advantageously ending in a longitudinal edge running below the plane spanned by the web, while the other holding flange projects beyond the plane spanned by the web.

In view of the filling of the space between the laid profile rails with mortar and the subsequent pulling of this mortar backfill over the pull-off edges of the bearing to be created The profile rails which delimit the bed on both sides are naturally to be arranged in such a way that the retaining flanges projecting over the webs run along the respective outer edges and form lateral boundaries for the wall modules of a first layer. The holding flanges ending below the level of the pull-off edges then lie on the inside and allow in a simple manner the hanging in of spacer profiles provided with corresponding hanging sections, which are enclosed in the bed during the filling with mortar.

In schematischen Ansichten zeigen:

The method according to the invention and the aids provided for its implementation are to be explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing. Schematic views show:
  • 1 is a perspective view of two profile strips which run parallel to one another and are spaced apart by spacer profiles,
  • 2 is one of the profile strips alone in an enlarged view compared to FIG. 1,
  • 3 is a spacer profile used for the spacer by itself, also in a perspective view,
  • Fig. 4 two brackets connected to each other via a predetermined breaking point for plugging onto the holding flanges of the profile strips and which extend outside of the profile legs
  • 5 shows the structure of a bearing bed that compensates for the unevenness of a subsurface in a sectional view extending transversely to its longitudinal extent, the masonry recorded on the bed being indicated.

The profile strip 10 illustrated in FIG. 2 for itself alone in a perspective view is a U-profile with two profile legs 11, 12 running parallel to one another and a web 13 connecting these profile legs to one another. At the longitudinal edges of the two that are removed from the web Profile legs 11, 12 are molded in parallel to these and on the outside of the profile legs extending retaining flanges 14, 15. The holding flange 14 ends in a longitudinal edge running below the plane spanned by the web 13, while the other holding flange 15 projects beyond the web plane. All flat sections of the profile strip 10, i.e. the web 13, the two profile legs 11, 12 and the holding flanges 14, 15, which run parallel to the latter, are provided with perforations 16 in the manner known in the plaster profile strips, through which, when used as intended, mortar can pass for the purpose of backfilling cavities.

In the arrangement shown in FIG. 1, two similar profile strips 10 are laid parallel to one another with profile legs pointing downward in such a way that the retaining flanges 15 which project above the webs each extend on the side remote from the other profile section. The spacer convey distance profiles 20 according to FIG. 3, which are arranged at predetermined intervals along the profile strips. These spacer profiles are strip material provided with perforations 21 with bevels 22, 23 directed towards the same sides in the region of the two front ends. The height of these folds corresponds approximately to the vertical dimension of the holding flanges 14 of the profiled rails ending under the web plane, and the spacer profiles 20, when used as intended, engage with the mentioned folds 22, 23 from above between the mentioned holding flanges 15 and the profile legs 11 running parallel thereto, so that a form-fitting, firm connection between the parallel profile rails and thus a precise spacing is guaranteed.

Without prejudice to the possibility of attaching the profile strips 10 directly to a substrate, for example by mortaring them, the mounting brackets 24, 25 shown in FIG. 4 serve as attachment aids, which also are formed from strip material provided with perforations for the passage of mortar and each have an upstand 26, 27 with a molded-in suspension bottle 28, 29 at one end. The upstand 27 of the one holding bracket is adapted to the vertical extent of the holding flange 14 of the profiled strips ending below the web plane, whereas the upstand 28 of the other holding bracket is adapted to the vertical extent of the holding flange 15 rising above the web plane.

As shown in FIG. 1, the brackets 24, 25 can accordingly be hooked into the holding flanges 14, 15 of the profile strips 10, the bracket 25 having the smaller upstand 27 then extending in the direction of the other profile bar, on the other hand the bracket 24 on the from the other side of the profile rail.

Fig. 5 shows the structure of a bedding using the above-described rails and the associated tools. The subsurface 30 is, for example, the upper edge of a basement constructed in concrete construction, to which an insulation 31, which is only indicated, is applied on the outside. On this surface, two profile strips 10 are laid at a distance from one another corresponding to the thickness of the masonry to be erected, and are kept at a distance from one another by spacer profiles 20 inserted between them, as shown in FIG. 3. The holding flanges 15 projecting beyond the plane spanned by the webs of the profile rails then each extend on the side remote from the spacer profile 20 and the outer holding flange 15 of the outer profile rail lies flush with the plane spanned by the outside of the insulation 31 of the substrate. In the inner Retaining flange 14 of the last-mentioned profile strip, retaining brackets 25 are hooked in with this retaining flange adapted upstand 27, which otherwise extend in the direction of the other profile rail. The fastening of the other profile rail to the substrate is used in the mounting brackets 24 which hang in the flange projecting beyond the web plane and which extend on the side of this profile rail which is remote from the spacer profiles 20.

After laying the profiled strips 10, which are kept at a distance by means of the above-mentioned spacer profiles 20, and after the mounting brackets 24, 25 have been placed on them, the profiled strips with their upwardly pointing webs 13 are aligned precisely at the same level and then mortared in the correct position by means of mortar slabs to be spaced apart, after which one Fixing the bracket is also carried out by mortaring by means of mortar 33 to be applied. The next step then consists in filling the space between the profiled rails 10, which are laid in the correct position and precisely aligned with respect to the height of their webs 13, with mortar 34, which is then smoothly removed by means of a leveling sheath over the webs of the profiled strips which serve as extraction edges. This results in a bearing bed 35 which is flush with the webs of the profiled rails, on which, after the mortar filling has hardened, the wall blocks forming a first layer of masonry 36 can be laid without further alignment work. The holding flanges 15 of the profiled strips 10, which protrude on the outside above the level of the bearing bed thus created, form lateral boundaries which facilitate the laying of the wall blocks forming the first wall layer.
