Description

The invention relates to a goods carrier, in particular for retail shelves, for storing and presenting goods which can be stacked one inside the other, such as baking tins in particular, with a support base which is preferably inclined forwards for the goods.

It is common to place the goods for sale, often stacked, on store shelves, most of which are provided with horizontal shelves, but occasionally have inclined shelves that are inclined forward. In order to use the available space, the shelves are arranged as close as possible to one another. This affects the clarity of the product presentation and also leads to goods remaining in the rear, invisible areas of the shelves as store keepers, or empty shelves that are out of sight are not filled with new goods for a long time.

In particular, large-sized and bulky sales items, such as baking tins and the like, are difficult to accommodate on conventional sales shelves with good space utilization and are clearly presented to the customer in the range. From DE-U-85 31 703.9 a goods carrier or a sales shelf for storage and presentation of baking molds is known in which the shelves have such a depth that several similar baking molds or baking mold stacks are accommodated one after the other. The shelves are inclined forward and provided with a sliding coating, so that the baking tins or baking tin stack located on the back of the shelves, which are not visible from the customer side, automatically slide forward into the view and access area when they are on the front of the shelves stored baking tins or stack of baking tins can be removed from the shelf.

It is also common to connect goods carriers to perforated walls. For example, it is known from DE-A-15 29 699 to use trough-shaped containers for receiving small-sized goods, which can be put together according to the modular principle from basic elements of different lengths and shapes, U-shaped brackets being used to connect the basic elements . To secure the tub, the bracket has pins that fit into the holes in a perforated plate, which is carried by a console. The console with the tub attached to it is connected to a vertical perforated wall.

The object of the invention is to design a goods carrier of the type mentioned, which is intended for the storage and presentation of goods which can be stacked into one another, such as baking tins in particular, in such a way that, with simple and inexpensive design, it provides a clearly arranged presentation of the goods or one Assortment of goods allowed with good use of the storage space and at the same time good possibility of adaptation to the respective circumstances, which result primarily from the type and dimensions of the goods and / or from the respective spatial conditions within the business premises. The goods carrier according to the invention should advantageously also be designed so that, if desired, also on store shelves or can be used as a shelf for the construction of sales shelves.

The above object is achieved with the invention in that the support base is designed as a perforated base with a plurality of holes arranged distributed over the base surface, and in that support elements are connected or connectable to the support base by means of fastening elements which penetrate the holes and which are at least partially made in their shape and size adapted to the stackable goods, such as pot-shaped or trough-shaped insert holders, into which the stack of goods can be inserted from above.

The object is achieved with the product carrier according to the invention. Pot-shaped or trough-shaped plug-in holders can be connected to the support base of the heat carrier, which is designed as a perforated base, and which are adapted in shape and size to the stacked goods or the baking molds and can therefore accommodate stack of baking molds and hold them reliably on the goods carrier. In this case, plug-in holders of the type mentioned, as well as, if appropriate, other goods holding elements of different types and in different spatial assignments can be attached to one another, so that storage and presentation of the goods or a multi-part or multi-part range of goods which is easy to use and easy to understand use the existing storage space at the same time good accessibility is attainable and a simple adaptation of the product carrier to the type of the respective product and / or to the local conditions within the sales rooms is also possible. The product carrier according to the invention can be produced easily and inexpensively with a relatively low weight and is also characterized by a low susceptibility to contamination.

The support base of the product carrier according to the invention advantageously consists of a simple perforated plate or a perforated plate made of steel or plastic, which is expediently provided with simple round holes, although the holes can also have other shapes. There is also the possibility of using a wire mesh or a wire mesh with crossing wires for the support base of the product carrier. The holes are in this case through the tissue or. Grid openings formed. It is particularly important that the holes are arranged in dense rows of holes and are distributed essentially over the entire floor area or the major part thereof, so that holding elements of the type mentioned can be attached to the perforated supporting floor in different numbers and in different spatial assignments to one another. in order to be able to store baking tins or other goods of different sizes and / or designs stackable one inside the other in the desired grouping on the goods carrier. The pot-shaped or trough-shaped insert holders are preferably connected to the supporting base in an easily detachable manner. This can be done in a simple manner by means of screws, but also using plugs, spring clips, clips or the like. happen.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the plug-in holders fixed to the perforated base consist of original baking molds which are provided on the base with holes for the fastening elements, e.g. of the screws can be provided. Similar baking tins or stacks of similar baking tins can then be sold as sales goods in the original baking molds fixed on the support base.

The product carriers according to the invention can be placed in existing shelves on their shelves. In a preferred embodiment, however, the arrangement is such that the product carriers according to the invention replace the shelves. The product carriers can be used in largely any individual or group arrangement, whereby in the Group arrangement the aspects of a good utilization of the storage space and a good overview of the stored goods can be largely taken into account. It goes without saying that the product carrier according to the invention can also be used on its own. It can be placed on a surface or attached to a wall.

In a further embodiment of the invention, special attachment pieces can also be used as holding elements, which are provided or can be equipped with at least one goods holder located above the level of the supporting floor. At Bakeware or the like These goods holders can also consist of original baking molds, which in this case are attached to the top pieces in the desired position, for example with the aid of the aforementioned fastening elements. With the help of the console-like top pieces, goods or stacks of goods can be stored at a distance above the supporting floor on the goods carrier. It is therefore possible to arrange goods at different heights on the goods carrier, so that particularly good use of space can be achieved with a good overview of the goods range and good accessibility to the goods. The console-like top pieces can also be of different training and dimensions. Preferably, the top pieces have a leg supported on the support base and at least one leg located at a distance above it, which forms the support leg for the goods to be placed at an elevated position. The two legs advantageously form a U-shaped support bracket. If the attachment piece has a plurality of support legs one above the other, it can, for example, also have an approximately E-shaped shape.

It is advisable to provide holes, preferably rows of holes, on the top piece in the superimposed levels for the connection to the supporting floor and for the connection of the goods holder. The e.g. U-shaped top sections can also be made from perforated sheet metal, expediently a perforated sheet metal, as is also used for the supporting floor, which results in manufacturing simplifications with the correct hole spacing on the supporting floor and on the top section.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the perforated support base of the product carrier is fastened to a wire frame which expediently consists of two parallel support frames which are arranged at a lateral spacing from one another and which are provided with support wires which support the support base and are inclined with the inclination of the base. It is still recommended that Goods carrier according to the invention to be provided with connecting members for connection to a wall, in particular a shelf wall. The shelf wall preferably consists of a perforated wall on which the product carrier according to the invention with the help of hooks or the like. existing connecting elements can be connected cantilevered. The connecting elements are expediently arranged on the goods carrier so that they can be adjusted to different hole spacings of the perforated wall.

Finally, the invention is directed to a sales shelf, the shelves of which consist of the product carriers according to the invention. Preisangaben, anbringen lassen. The goods carrier 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 consists of a wire frame with a support base 2 inclined towards the front for the goods. The wire frame consists of parallel or vertical support frames 3 arranged at a lateral distance from one another, each of which is formed by an approximately triangular wire frame. The latter have support wires 4 inclined with the inclination of the floor, to which the supporting floor 2 is connected. The support wires 4 are connected via vertical webs 5 and 6 with a foot wire 7 to the triangular frame. Depending on the length of the supporting floor 2, 3 further intermediate frames can be provided between the supporting frames arranged at the end of the supporting floor for intermediate support of the supporting floor. At the front (lower) edge of the supporting floor there is a continuous front ledge 8 over the entire length of the product carrier, which can be used for advertising purposes and to which product-related information, such as price information, can be attached.

The support base 2 of the goods carrier shown is designed as a perforated base, which has a large number of holes 9 distributed essentially over its entire base surface in a closely spaced relationship. The holes 9 are arranged in rows of holes which extend at least approximately over the entire length of the floor and form a multiplicity of fastening points for holding elements which serve to store and hold the goods. In the preferred embodiment shown, the support base 2 consists of a perforated plate made of sheet metal or plastic, which is provided with small round holes. It goes without saying that the shape of the holes can also deviate from the circular shape and that other surface elements with openings, such as e.g. Wire mesh or wire mesh made of crossing wires and the like could be used.

The product carrier shown in the drawing is used to store and present a range of baking molds. To hold the various baking tins, insert holders are used, for which original baking tins are preferably used and in which a stack of similar baking tins can accordingly be placed. 1 and 2, an original box shape is shown as a holding element or plug-in holder 10, which has two holes 11 on its base, so that it can be fixed with the aid of screws 12 on the inclined support base 2. The screws 12 pass through the holes 11 and thus aligned holes 9 of the perforated support base 2. 13 denotes nuts which are screwed onto the screws 12 on the underside of the support base, as a result of which the holding element 10 is fixed in the inclination of the support base 2.

It goes without saying that a more or less large number of such or other holding elements 10 can be attached to the support base 2 in different spatial assignments to one another, since the holes 9 of the support base 2 are arranged at a close distance from one another and are practically distributed over the entire base surface . In Fig. 4 different types of holding elements or insert holders 10 and 14 to 18 are shown in fixed screw connection with the inclined support base 2, which consist of original baking molds from a range of baking molds. In the baking molds 10 and 14 to 18, which are firmly connected to the base 2 and form the holding elements or insertion holders, baking molds of the same type can then be inserted in baking mold stacks and thus stored on the inclined supporting base 2.

Instead of the screw connections 12, 13, other fastening elements can also be used for fastening the holding elements or insert holders 10 and 14 to 18, e.g. Plugs, spring clips, clips or the like. In Fig. 3, a plastic plug 19 is shown, which is shaped so that it can be pushed together by pressing its two elastic legs through the aligned holes 11, 9, its legs with the hook-shaped ends 20 coming out Spread out the holes 9 and use them to make a bolt connection.

If necessary, console-like attachment pieces can also be attached to the inclined support base 2 of the goods carrier 1, to which goods holders (holding elements) for storing baking molds or other goods can also be connected. 6 and 7, the top sections 21 consist of approximately U-shaped support brackets, the two approximately parallel legs 22 and 23 of which are connected by a web 24 which is inclined at an angle X to the vertical, this angle being the Corresponds to the angle of inclination of the support base 2 and is expediently approximately 20 °. The two Legs 22 and 23 of the top piece 21 each have at least one row of holes 21 'with a hole spacing which suitably corresponds to that on the base 2.

Einsteckhalter 27,28 ebenfalls Original-Backformen mit Hilfe der genannten Befestigungsorgane 12 befestigt, die entsprechende Backformen-Stapel 29 und 30 aufnehmen.4 and 5, two U-shaped top pieces 21 are shown one above the other. The lower attachment piece 21 is fastened with its lower leg 22, which in this case is shorter than its upper leg 23, to the perforated support base 2 by means of screws 12 or other fastening elements of the type mentioned, while the upper attachment piece 21 with its lower leg 22 in a corresponding manner Way on the upper leg 23 of the lower attachment piece 21 is fixed. As a result, two additional storage levels with the same inclination to the front are created above the supporting floor 2. 5 shows in particular, on the resting legs 22 and 23 of the two U-shaped top pieces 21 as a holding element or insert, an original baking pan (cake base shape) 27 'with the aid of the fastening elements, e.g. the screws 12, which holds a stack 25 of similar baking tins. In the underlying plug-in holder 18 fastened to the supporting base 2 there is correspondingly a stack of baking molds 26. Original baking molds are also fastened to the upper leg 23 as holding elements or plug-in holders 27, 28 with the aid of the mentioned fastening members 12, the corresponding baking molds Pick up stacks 29 and 30.

It goes without saying that it is not absolutely necessary to arrange two U-shaped top sections 21 one above the other. Of course, individual attachment pieces of the type mentioned can be attached to the support base 2 in any position.

The top pieces 21 can consist of simple U-shaped sheets in which the holes 21 'are punched. However, there is also the possibility of producing the top pieces 21 from finished perforated sheets which suitably correspond to the perforated sheet used for the supporting base 2 and which are brought into the desired shape of the top piece.

The goods carrier shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 can be used as a single element and can be placed on a base or attached to a wall. It can also be placed on store shelves on their shelves. On the other hand, the product carrier according to the invention can also form the shelf of a sales shelf. Such a sales shelf is shown in FIG. It consists of a vertical shelf wall 31, on which a plurality of goods supports 1 of the type according to the invention are fastened in a cantilever arrangement as shelves. The shelf wall 31 preferably consists of a perforated plate with a multiplicity of holes 32. The individual goods carriers 1 are in this case provided with connecting members for connection to the rear shelf wall 31. As shown in Fig. 8 for the upper goods carrier, the connecting members 33 consist of hook-shaped wire structures, each having an eyelet 34 at its lower end, through which a frame strut 35 extends. The two side support frames 3 of the goods carrier 1 are connected here via the upper frame strut 36, the connecting members 33 being slidably guided on the lower frame strut 35. At the upper ends 37, the connecting members 33 have hook parts or the like. on, which can be inserted into holes 32 of the shelf 31, whereby the connection of the goods carrier 1 to the shelf 31 is made. The displaceable arrangement of the connecting members 33 enables the same adjustment to the holes 32 of the shelf wall 31.

It goes without saying that the number and arrangement of the goods carriers 1 within a sales shelf can be different and that the sales shelf can also be provided with side walls and / or with a shelf foot for support on the floor.

In Fig. 9, a modified embodiment of a product carrier is shown schematically, the inclined support base 2 here is also formed by a perforated plate which is bent at the upper bottom edge 2 'to a vertical rear wall 2˝, which accordingly also has the holes 9. The holes 9 on the rear wall 2˝ can be used to fasten the product carrier 1 on a wall or on the rear wall 31 of a shelf. Screw fastenings are also possible, as are fastenings using plugs, clamps, hooks and the like.

As mentioned, the product carrier according to the invention is preferably suitable and intended for the storage and presentation of baking molds of various types. But it is also suitable for the storage and presentation of other goods, especially those which, like baking tins, can be stacked one inside the other due to their troughed, pot or bowl-like shape. In this case, original parts of the goods or holding elements modeled after them can also be used as holding elements or as insert holders.
