Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auswechseln von Abstichrinnen an Schachtöfen.The invention relates to a device for replacing tapping troughs in shaft furnaces.
Der Abstich von Roheisen und Schlacke aus einem Hochofen erfolgt in periodischen Abständen. Je nach Menge des produzierten Roheisens ergeben sich acht bis zwölf Abstiche innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Beim Abstichvorgang werden Roheisen und Schlacke in einer sogenannten Hauptabstichrinne voneinander getrennt. Derartige Hauptabstichrinnen an Großhochöfen werden in neuerer Zeit mit großen Querschnitten ausgeführt. An die Hauptabstichrinne schließen sich in der Regel weitere Abstichrinnen und Kipprinnen für Roheisen (bis zur Übergabe in Pfannen oder Torpedowagen) und Schlacke an. - im Vergleich zum Einsatz von Druckelementen des Standes der Technik für das Heben und Absenken, bei denen eine Knickgefahr möglich ist, gewährleisten die erfindungsgemäßen Zugelemente während des gesamten Bewegungsablaufs eine absolut sichere Lage der Abstichrinne,
- die Zugelemente sind bei gleicher Nutzlast leichter und preisgünstiger als Druckelemente,
- es entfallen zustäzliche Führungsschienen, die bei Druckelementen erforderlich sind,
- keine Kosten für aufwendige Erdarbeiten, Fundamente und Entwässerungen,
- das Gewicht der Zugelemente ist im Verhältnis zum Gewicht der Abstichrinne so gering, daß keine nennenswerten Verstärkungen der Stützträger an der Abstichbühne notwendig sind,
- wegen ihres niedrigen Gewichtes kann die Auswechselvorrichtung als transportable Einrichtung an mehreren Schachtöfen eingesetzt werden,
- die instandgesetzte Abstichrinne braucht vor dem Anschlagen an die Zugelemente nicht genau unterhalb der Einbaulage zu stehen, wodurch ein Montagezeitgewinn ermöglicht wird,
- bei evtl. Störungen an den Zugelementen während eines Hubvorganges sind diese, da sie oberhalb der Last liegen, gefahrlos zugänglich.The replacement device according to the invention has a number of advantages over the prior art:
