Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de réparation de parois de fours industriels en particulier de parois en panneresses d'une batterie de cokéfaction, où les parties voisines de maçonnerie sont maintenues sensiblement à la température de fonctionnement, caractérisé en ce que la maçonnerie de la paroi en panneresses située dans l'environnement immédiat de l'emplacement endommagé de maçonnerie est enlevé sur la totalité de l'épaisseur de la paroi en panneresses, en formant une bordure irrégulière, une nouvelle maçonnerie étant créée à l'état froid dans l'ouverture ainsi formée dans la maçonnerie, l'ancienne et la nouvelle maçonnerie étant chauffées à la température de fonctionnement et l'espace intermédiaire situé entre la bordure irrégulière et la nouvelle maçonnerie étant refermé à l'état chaud, de façon durable et étanche aux gaz.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire situé entre la bordure irrégulière d'ouverture et la nouvelle maçonnerie est fermée par soudure céramique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire situé entre la bordure irrégulière d'ouverture et la nouvelle maçonnerie est plus grande à l'état froid que la dilatation de la nouvelle maçonnerie créée dans l'ouverture de la maçonnerie et des anciennes sections de maçonnerie voisines.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire est en moyenne d'à peu près 50 à 100 mm, lorsque les sections de maçonnerie sont l'état chaud.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la bordure irrégulière d'ouverture de l'ancienne maçonnerie est chanfreinée en formant une sections transversale triangulaire s'agrandissant vers la face extérieure de la paroi.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire situé entre l'ancienne et la nouvelle maçonnerie est étagé, de façon inclinée ou en forme d'escalier, de haut en bas.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire (15,16) situé entre la nouvelle et l'ancienne maçonnerie est partiellement rempli d'une masse fibreuse avant la soudure céramique.
