Claims (9)

  1. Signalleuchte für Kraftfahrzeuge, von der Art, die geeignet ist, einen farbigen Lichtstrahl abzugeben und im ausgeschalteten Zustand ein im wesentlichen farbloses Aussehen zu haben, enthaltend eine Lampe (10), einen Reflektor (20), eine farblose, transparente Abdeckscheibe (30), einen farbigen, transparenten Kolben (40), rund um die Lampe angeordnet, sowie Abdeckmittel zur Dämpfung der Wahrnehmbarkeit der Farbe des Kolbens bei ausgeschalteter Leuchte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel eine biegsame, transparente Folie (50) enthalten, die zu einer entwickelbaren Fläche zwischen Kolben und Scheibe ausgebildet ist, sowie mit transparenten Bereichen (51) sowie opaken Bereichen (52) einer bestimmten Farbe, die durch Siebdruck hergestellt werden.
  2. Signalleuchte nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Reflektor (20) einander gegenüberliegende Backen enthält,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die biegsame Folie mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Kanten an den genannten Backen befestigt ist.
  3. Signalleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die biegsame Folie (50) an der Außenfläche des Kolbens (40) angebaut ist.
  4. Signalleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Abdeckscheibe (30) mehrere Teile (30a, 30b, 30c) enthält, die jeweils mit unterschiedlichen lichtbrechenden optischen Elementen (32a, 32b, 32c) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Teile (50a, 50b, 50c) der biegsamen Folie, die den genannten Teilen der Scheibe entsprechen, opake Bereiche (52a, 52b, 52c) von bestimmter, unterschiedlicher Form und Lage entsprechend den genannten optischen Elementen enthalten, so daß die Leuchte im ausgeschalteten Zustand im wesentlichen homogen aussieht.
  5. Signalleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die opaken Bereiche der Folie aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die Streifen und Punkte enthält.
  6. Signalleuchte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (40) orangefarben ist und daß er die Blinkfunktion eines Fahrtrichtungsanzeigers erfüllt.
  7. Signalleuchte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die opaken Bereiche (52) eine Farbe zwischen Weiß und Grau aufweisen.
  8. Signalleuchte nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an einem Scheinwerfer angebaut ist.
  9. Signalleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Siebdruckverfahren hergestellte biegsame Folie aus einem kontinuierlichen Band ausgeschnitten wird.
