Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen kindergesicherten Deckel einer zur Aufnahme von pulverförmigen bzw. rieselfähigem Produkt vorgesehenen Großpackung.
  • Unter dem Begriff Großpackung werden im vorliegenden Zusammenhang als Haushaltspackungen dienende Rund-, Rechteck- und Quadrattrommeln, aber auch Eimer, Hobbocks, Fässer oder dergleichen verstanden.
  • Kindergesicherte Deckel für relativ kleine Behälter, z.B. Verpakkungen für Arzneimittel oder Haushaltschemikalien, die eine entsprechend kleine, abzusichernde Entnahmeöffnung besitzen, sind im Verschlußbereich wegen der Verwendung stabilen Materials, z.B. Glas, Metall oder Hartkunststoff, und/oder wegen des relativ kleinen Öffnungsquerschnitts formstabil. Die Kindersicherung kann daher unter Ausnutzung der Formstabilität konstruiert werden. Das ist im allgemeinen bei Großpackungen für den Haushaltsbedarf die in der Regel aus einem im Verhältnis zur Gebindegröße relativ biegsamen Material, wie Pappe oder Karton, hergestellt werden, nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Solche Großpackungen können aber stark saure oder alkalische Produkte, z.B. Geschirrspülmaschinenreiniger, unmittelbar oder zusätzlich verschlossen in einem Kunststoffsack enthalten, die gegenüber dem Zugriff von Kindern im gefährdeten Alter gesichert werden müssen.
  • Zur Kindersicherung des Verschlusses eines Großbebindes wird in den DE-OS 32 32 535 und 32 06 531 vorgeschlagen, eine Kindersicherung durch einseitiges Spannen eines Tragegriffbandes über den Behälterdeckel zu schaffen. Das bedeutet aber einen erheblichen zusätzlichen Verpackungsaufwand. Zu der ohnehin erforderlichen Stabilisierung der Entnahmeöffnung durch entsprechende Deckelkonstruktion addieren sich nämlich bei den bekannten Sicherungen Kosten für das beispielsweise gespritzte Griffband und für das zugehörige, das eigentliche Sicherheitselement bildende Verschlußteil sowie für dessen Montage am Großgebinde mit eventueller Anpassung der Abfüll-Linie.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen kindergesicherten Verschluß für den Deckel einer Haushaltsgroßpackung zu schaffen, der wirtschaftlich herzustellen ist, keine Veränderungen in der Abfüll-Linie erfordert, unabhängig vom Vorhandensein eines Tragegriffbandes ausgebildet sowie zu betätigen ist und für den Benutzer eine einfache, keinen wesentlichen Kraftaufwand erfordernde Handhabung ermöglicht.
  • Bei einem kindergesicherten Deckel der eingangs bezeichneten Art wird diese Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Deckel aus einem unlösbar auf die zu verschließende Packungsöffnung aufzusetzenden Deckelrahmen, der einen umlaufenden U-profilmäßigen Rand aufweist, an dessen unteren inneren Umfang eine Auflagekante angeformt ist, und einer lose in den Deckelrahmen eingepaßten, in der Verschlußstellung auf der Auflagekante aufliegenden Deckelscheibe besteht, daß am inneren Umfang des Randes oberhalb der Auflagekante mindestens eine hinterschneidungsartige Halterippe derart angesetzt ist, daß sie bei in der Verschlußstellung auf der Auflagekante aufliegender Deckelscheibe unmittelbar über der Deckelscheibe liegt, daß der Halterippe etwa diametral gegenüberliegend am inneren Umfang des Randes ein in die Ebene des inneren Umfanges des Randes zu verschwenkender Arretiersteg ausgebildet ist, der aus dem inneren Umfang des Randes federnd vorspringt und derart dimensioniert ist, daß sein freies Ende bei in der Verschlußstellung auf der Auflagekante aufliegender Deckelscheibe auf der Deckelscheibe aufliegt und daß die Auflagekante eine quer zur Verbindungsgeraden von Halterippe und Arretiersteg verlaufende, als Wippachse für die Deckelscheibe wirksame Stufe zwischen einem dem Arretiersteg zugewandten Hauptteil der Auflagkante und einer der Halterippe zugewandten Vertiefung der Auflagekante aufweist.
  • Bei Anwendung wird der U-Profilrand über die Umfangkante der zu verschließenden Gebindeöffnung gestülpt und dort fest verankert.
  • Demgemäß betrifft die Erfindung einen aus einem Deckelrahmen und einer Deckelscheibe bestehenden Deckel eines Haushaltsgroßgebindes oder dergleichen, mit dem der Deckelrahmen unlösbar verbunden wird und bei dem die Deckelscheibe nur bei gleichzeitiger Betätigung bestimmter Sicherheitselemente durch eine Wipp-Bewegung in eine Position kommt, in der die Scheibe aus dem Rahmen entnommen werden kann. Als Sicherheitselement wird erfindungsgemäß die Kombination von Halterippe und Arretiersteg vorgesehen: nur wenn der Arretiersteg aus seiner, z.B. durch Federkraft eingestellten Normalposition oberhalb einer eingelegten Deckelscheibe zurückgedrückt wird, kann die Deckelscheibe durch eine Wipp- bzw. Kippbewegung aus ihrer Schließstellung in eine Öffnungsstellung geschwenkt und mit der Hand entnommen werden. Die Kindersicherung wird also erfindungsgemäß durch zwei überlagerte Bewegungen, nämlich das Zurückdrücken des Arretierstegs und das gleichzeitige Wippen bzw. Niederdrücken der Deckelscheibe, vorzugsweise an markierter Stelle, bewerkstelligt.
  • Die Auflagekante ist rund um - eventuell mit Ausnahme des Bereichs des Arretierstegs - am inneren Umfangs des U-profilförmigen Randes vorgesehen, aber auf einer quer zur Verbindunsggeraden von Halterippe und Arretiersteg liegenden Linie mit einer zur Halterippe hin abfallenden Stufe ausgestattet. Stattdessen kann die Auflagekante von dieser Querlinie aus auch in Richtung auf die Halterippe nach unten, das heißt zum Trommelinnern hin, aus einer der Schließposition der Deckelscheibe entsprechenden Ebene schräg abfallen. Die genannte Stufe oder Querlinie bildet in jedem Falle die Achse zum Wippen der Deckelscheibe beim Öffnen oder Schließen des Deckels.
  • Zum Schließen braucht die Deckelscheibe lediglich unter die Halterippe geschoben und den Arretiersteg zurückdrückend auf den der Schließposition entsprechenden Hauptteil der Auflagekante aufgelegt werden. Wenn die Schließposition erreicht ist, das heißt wenn die Deckelscheibe flach auf dem Hauptteil der Auflagekante ruht, schnappt der Arretiersteg zurück und verhindert ein Zurückwippen der Deckelscheibe. Diese wird in der Schließposition an diametral gegenüberliegenden Bereichen des Deckelrahmens durch die Halterippe einerseits und den Arretiersteg andererseits fixiert. Ein dichtes Anliegen der Deckelscheibe an den umlaufenden Teilen des Randes des Deckelrahmens gewährleistet sowohl eine gute Dichtung des zugehörigen Behälters als auch eine Sicherung gegen unbefugtes Anheben der Deckelscheibe.
  • Der Arretiersteg ist so ausgebildet, daß er aus der Ebene des inneren Umfangs des U-profilförmigen Randes federnd über die Schließposition der Deckelscheibe springt. Der Arretiersteg kann als Bestandteil des Randes aus diesem ausgeschnitten sein. Bei rechteckigem Deckelrahmen sollen die Arretiermittel an den einander gegenüberliegenden Schmalseiten vorgesehen werden. Günstig ist es beispielsweise an einer Schmalseite eine aus zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Teilen bestehende Halterippe anzubringen, damit die Deckelscheibe nicht unerwünscht gekippt werden kann und an der gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite einen Arretiersteg vorzusehen, der mit einer Hand bzw. mit zwei Fingern aus der Fixierstellung in die Neutralstellung zu bringen ist. Die Halterippe kann grundsätzlich ein- oder mehrteilig sein.
  • Im Bedarfsfall können zusätzliche Schnappwülste am inneren Umfang des Randes des Decklrahmens angebracht werden, die die Deckelscheibe ebenfalls sichern und einen von Kindern nicht aufzubringenden Kraftaufwand beim Öffnen erfodern.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung eines Ausführungsbeispiels werden Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In den Fig. 1 und 2 wird ein insgesamt mit 1 bezeichneter im wesentlichen rechteckiger Deckelrahmen mit einem U-profilförmigen, umlaufenden Rand 2 dargestellt. Der Rand 2 dient unter anderem dazu, den Deckel auf der Umfangskante der zu verschließenden Gebindeöffnung zu fixieren. An einer Schmalseite seines inneren Umfangs 3 besitzt der Rand 2 eine aus zwei Teilen bestehende Halterippe 4 und an der gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite einen Arretiersteg 5, der zur Innenseite des U-profilförmigen Randes 2 hin federnd vorspringt und so dimensioniert ist, daß sein freies Ende 6 zurück in die Ebene des inneren Umfangs 3 des Randes 2 zu drücken ist, aber bei Nachlassen des, z. B. mit zwei Fingern, ausgeübten Druckes wieder in die Ausgangsstellung nach Fig. 1 oder 2 zurückspringt. Die Halterippen 15 dienen der Festlegung der Deckelscheibe 10 in der Stellung "zu". Am inneren Umfang 3 des Randes 2 wird außerdem eine umlaufende insgesamt mit 7 bezeichnete Auflagekante vorgesehen, die im Bereich des Arretierstegs 5 ausgespartsein kann. Die Auflagekante 7 besitzt im Ausführungsbeispiel eine Stufe 8 (vergleiche Fig. 2). Die Stufe 8 befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen dem Hauptteil 11 der Auflagekante 7 und einer bis zu den Halterippen 4 reichenden Vertiefung 12 der Auflagekante 7. Die Vertiefung 12 wird so ausgebildet und geformt, daß eine eingelegte Deckelscheibe 10 bei neutralgedrücktem Arretiersteg 5 um die Stufe 8 als Achse zwischen den Stellungen "AUF" und "ZU" hin und her zu wippen ist.
  • Zum Öffnen des Deckels gemäß Ausführungsbeispiel werden gleichzeitig der Arretiersteg 5 zurückgedrückt und der freiliegende Teil der Deckelscheibe 10 in den Bereich der Vertiefung 12 hineingewippt, so daß das in "ZU"-Stellung auf dem der Schließposition 9 entsprechenden Hauptteil 11 der Auflagekante 7 ruhende Ende der Deckelscheibe 10 über die Oberkante 13 des U-profilförmigen Randes 2 hoch zuschwenken ist und mit der Hand entnommen werden kann. Vorzugsweise werden zum Wippen der Deckelscheibe in der einen oder anderen Richtung auf der Deckelfläche Wipp-Markierungen vorgesehen.
  • Wenn die Sicherung durch den Arretiersteg 5 noch nicht ausreichen sollte, können am innneren Umfang 3 des U-Profilrandes 2 zusätzliche Schnappwülste 14 vorgesehen werden. Die Schnappwülste 14 lassen sich so ausbilden, daß sie eine von Kindern im gefährdeten Alter nicht aufzubringende Kraft zum Öffnen erfordern.

Claims (6)

  1. Kindergesicherter Deckel einer zur Aufnahme von pulverförmigem bzw. rieselfähigem Produkt vorgesehen Großpackung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Deckel aus einem unlösbar auf die zu verschließende Packungsöffnung aufzusetzenden Deckelrahmen (1), der einen umlaufenden U-profilmäßigen Rand (2) aufweist, an dessen unteren inneren Umfang (3) eine Auflagekante (7) angeformt ist, und einer lose in den Deckelrahmen (1) eingepaßten, in der Verschlußstellung (9) auf der Auflagekante (7) aufliegenden Deckelscheibe (10) besteht,
    daß am inneren Umfang (3) des Randes (2) oberhalb der Auflagekante (7) mindestens eine hinterschneidungsartige Halterippe (4) derart angesetzt ist, daß sie bei in der Verschlußstellung auf der Auflagekante (7) aufliegender Deckelscheibe (10) unmittelbar über der Deckelscheibe (10) liegt,
    daß der Halterippe (4) etwa diametral gegenüberliegend am inneren Umfang (3) des Randes (2) ein in die Ebene des inneren Umfanges (3) des Randes (2) zu verschwenkender Arretiersteg (5) ausgebildet ist, der aus dem inneren Umfang (3) des Randes (2) federnd vorspringt und derart dimensioniert ist, daß sein freies Ende (6) bei in der Verschlußstellung auf der Auflagekante (7) aufliegender Deckelscheibe (10) auf der Deckelscheibe (10) aufliegt und
    daß die Auflagekante (7) eine quer zur Verbindungsgeraden von Halterippe (4) und Arretiersteg (5) verlaufende, als Wippachse für die Deckelscheibe (10) wirksame Stufe (8) zwischen einem dem Arretiersteg (5) zugewandten Hauptteil (11) der Auflagekante (7) und einer der Halterippe (4) zugewandten Vertiefung (12) der Auflagekante (7) aufweist.
  2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Auflagekante (7) an der Stufe (8) in Richtung auf die Halterippe (4) geneigt oder unstetig abgesenkt ist.
  3. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Stufe (8) näher an der Halterippe (4) als am Arretiersteg (5) liegt.
  4. Deckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Arretiersteg (5) einen ausgeschnittenen Teil des U-profilmförmigen Randes (2) bildet.
  5. Deckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß bei rechteckigem Deckelrahmen (1) sich an zwei Schmalseiten eine aus zwei Teilen bestehende Halterippe (4) einerseits und ein Arretiersteg (5) andererseits diametral gegenüberstehen.
  6. Deckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß an dem inneren Umfang (3) des U-profilförmigen Randes (2) unmittelbar über der Schließposition (9) Schnappwülste (14) als Zusatzsicherung vorgesehen sind.
