Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de réglage d'épaisseur de paroi de tube dans un train de laminoir étireur-réducteur continu à cages multiples, comprenant des systèmes pour mesurer l'épaisseur de paroi du tube, une unité d'ordinateur pour le traitement des valeurs mesurées, et un système de réglage de la vitesse de rotation des moteurs d'entraînement du train de laminoir, l'épaisseur de paroi du tube étant mesurée en continu avant son entrée dans le train de laminoir et, en outre, le mouvement de défilement des points de mesure affectés aux valeurs mesurées étant déterminé au moyen d'une mesure de la vitesse, caractérisé en ce qu'un lissage de données des valeurs mesurées est effectué, par exemple, par la formation de moyennes de valeurs voisines, et en ce que les rapports des vitesses de rotation des cylindres d'une cage de laminoir à l'autre sont réglés en continu, selon une loi de réglage en fonction de cette valeur lissée et par rapport à la zone de tube mesurée se trouvant respectivement dans la zone d'influence du train de laminoir, avec le plus petit étirage nécessaire à l'obtention de l'épaisseur de paroi souhaitée de tube fini.

Procédé conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant un système de mesure de l'épaisseur de paroi de tube après le formage, caractérisé en ce que la loi de réglage est influencée selon l'écart entre la valeur de consigne de l'épaisseur de paroi du tube fini et la valeur minimale des valeurs d'épaisseur de paroi qui sont mesurées après le formage et affectées respectivement à une portion de longueur de tube qui est égale, en volume, à la portion de produit laminé se trouvant dans la zone d'influence d'épaisseur de paroi du train de laminoir.
