Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a noise barrier with a solid wall shell and a flexible front shell.
Noise protection walls are available in a wide variety of designs, with walls and walls of great thickness and mass that have hitherto been built in place having the best effects. However, in order to reduce the associated high manufacturing costs and long erection times, it has also been proposed to install double or multi-layered noise barriers made from prefabricated parts, and it is also known to combine solid wall shells, for example made of sheet metal, with a flexible front shell made from a mineral wool pad . However, these noise barriers can neither satisfy with regard to their protective function, nor with regard to the manufacturing effort.
According to DE-A 25 39 087, it has also already been proposed to use pipe shells made of sound-absorbing material as sound absorbers for anechoic rooms, which are arranged in different positions in front of a wall. These pipe shells with their centimeter-thick walls are comparatively large individual elements, which may be suitable for the special lining of limited spaces, for the production of extensive noise barriers along streets or the like. but are completely unusable because of the complexity and costs of their individual manufacture and assembly.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a noise barrier of the type described at the outset which can be erected efficiently and with little effort and is distinguished by its particularly good sound absorption effect.
The invention solves this problem in that the facing shell, which preferably runs at a distance from the wall shell, is made of plastic straw sheets. The closely arranged stalks of these webs cause the sound waves to refract multiple times when penetrating the facing shell, and the resilience and vibration ability of the stalk webs leads to a corresponding destruction of the sound energy. Together with the subsequent massive wall shell and, if necessary, the space remaining between the shells, which can also be filled with insulating material, the sound absorption effect is high and unpleasant sound reflections are also prevented. Since the solid wall shell, which is supposed to have a high basis weight, can be assembled from suitable prefabricated parts, for example concrete or asbestos cement slabs, metal sheets, plastic elements, sand-filled hollow elements or the like, and the plastic straw strips can be sent skillfully and without large effort, a quick, efficient erection of the soundproof wall is possible. The plastic stalks are also economically mass-produced and convey a natural, adapting appearance to the soundproofing wall due to their straw or reed-like appearance, which also means that these stalks provide a good surface for natural growth. Because of the simple assembly and the good effect, the plastic straw sheets can also be used as sound-absorbing facade or roof cladding, in which case the building walls and roof covers themselves form the massive wall shell.
It when the plastic straw webs on carrier wires, preferably a wire mesh or the like, is particularly advantageous. are attached. These wires or grids provide the stalks with an elastic support that can vibrate and thus reinforce the protective effect. In addition, the plastic straw strips can be easily and quickly installed over the wires or grids and hung as a facing shell of any wall shell.
If the plastic straw sheets have a perforated backing sheet for the plastic straws, the strength and resistance of the straw sheets can be increased with the backing sheet and the soundproofing effect can also be increased by the perforation.

In order to be able to rationally erect a highly effective noise protection wall, a double-walled wall 1 is provided, which is composed of a
The
