Durch diese Einrichtung ist es möglich, dem Drucker Informationen über Druckgeschwindigkeit, notwendigem Waschintervall oder vor allem der Doublierneigung zu geben. Um ein Doublieren der Maschine zu erkennen, mußten beispielsweise bei einer Bogen-Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine die ausgelegten Bogen mit der Lupe untersucht werden oder bei einer Rollen-Rotationsdruckmaschine die Druckexemplare am Falzapparat betrachtet werden. Diese Methode weist den Nachteil auf, daß eventuell daraus zu ziehenden Konsequenzen mit großer Zeitverzögerung wirksam werden. Wenn eine routinemäßige Kontrolle plötzlich Doubliererscheinungen aufdeckt, können bereits tausende Exemplare mit dem Fehler behaftet sein. Andererseits kommt es vor, daß mehrere Exemplare doublieren und anschließend eine größere Anzahl wiederum nicht. Die Fehlbogen bzw. Exemplare werden somit nicht gefunden und erst in der Weiterverarbeitung geben sie zu Reklamationen im Druckbetrieb Anlaß.With this device it is possible to give the printer information about the printing speed, the necessary washing interval or, above all, the tendency to double. Es kann die Temperatur des durch die Farbreiber fließenden Temperiermittels verändert werden, es kann aber auch der Zeitpunkt für das Gummituchwaschen vorverlegt bzw. der Waschintervall verändert werden. An irgendeiner Stelle der Maschine geht kurzzeitig, beispielsweise an einem Zylinder oder bei der Bahnführung, die Gleichförmigkeit verloren, so daß die vorangehend erwähnten Fehler auftreten. Die Maschine gemäß Fig. 1 besteht aus einem Anleger 1, einem ersten Druckwerk 2, einem zweiten Druckwerk 3 und einem Ausleger 4. Sensoren 5, 6, 7, 8 zur Aufnahme des Luft- und Körperschalls sind jeweils im Bereich zwischen den Gummizylindern 9, 10 bzw. 11, 12 und dem Gegendruckzylinder 13, 14 angeordnet. Dort ist maximale Schallintensität, verursacht durch den Abriß des jeweils bedruckten Bogens 15 vom jeweiligen Gummizylinder 9 bzw. 10, gewährleistet. Der Abriß ist notwendig, weil - wie zwischen Zylinder 10 und 13 übertrieben dargestellt - der Bogen 15 aufgrund des Farbauftrags auf dem Gummizylinder 10 entgegen der Haltekraft des Greifers 16 der Krümmung des Gummizylinders 10 folgen will und vom Greifer 16 unter Uberwindung der Klebkraft der Farbe abgezogen werden muß. Die Bandbreite liegt etwa zwischen 200 Hz und 20.000 Hz. Somit kann mit Hilfe der Steuereinheit 17 das für das Doublieren verantwortliche Geräusch in Form von bestimmten von der Maschinenbetriebsfrequenz bzw. vom Maschinengeräusch abweichenden Frequenzen einer Anzeigevorrichtung, beispielsweise einem Oszillograph 19 zugeführt werden. Somit kann der Drucker an einem bestimmten abweichenden Frequenzverhalten, dargestellt durch den Kurvenverlauf bei 20, feststellen, daß die Maschine doubliert oder spontane unerwünschte bzw. untypische Bahn- bzw. Bogenabrisse auftreten, die zu fehlerbehafteten Bogen oder Falzexemplaren führen. Diese Frequenzen können auch einem Lautsprecher 21 zugeleitet werden, so daß die Bedienungsperson akustisch auf fehlerbehaftete Bogen oder Exemplare aufmerksam gemacht wird, d.h. es ist hörbar, daß die Maschine doubliert.1 and 2, the sound emissions are recorded by the
