Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roller shutter with a roll-up device, with lined up on a traction element, from which protrude in particular centrally located pivots, which can be rotated by means of a common swivel drive, with two vertical guide rails, each having two parallel webs, and by means of one Adjustment drive from a roller shutter position in which the end sections of the boards are guided between the webs, with release of the end sections can be moved into a blind position in which only the pivot pins of the boards are guided, and with a common external actuating device for the adjustment drive and the swivel drive.
  • roller shutter can be found, for example, in EP-A-141 805.
  • the roller shutter contains a combined drive for changing between roller shutters and blinds, in which the pivots with screw surfaces are turned during the displacement of the guide rails.
  • the solution appears to be structurally simple, it has disadvantages in terms of operation: the guide rail must be lifted at an angle or in a circular arc, with the traction element being moved as well, and free movement of the boards in the blind position is not possible.
  • the swivel angle can not be greater than 90 °, since it depends on the displacement of the traction element on the pivot.
  • the screw surfaces are also subject to unavoidable wear, which questions the permanent function.
  • the invention has now set itself the task of making such a roller shutter fully functional both in the use of roller shutters and in the use of blinds and user-friendly training, with the longest possible, trouble-free service life.
  • the outer actuating device is assigned a locking slide that can be pushed back and forth along a displacement path
  • the adjustment drive is provided with a control lever resting on the locking slide, which can be displaced by the locking slide at the beginning of the feed and until the end of the push-back by Locking slide is locked
  • the swivel drive has a driver lying in the displacement path of the locking slide and after the displacement of the control lever by the locking slide detectable driver, so that the adjustment drive can be actuated only before or after the swivel drive.
  • a sequence control is thus achieved by means of the common actuating device, which permits the pivoting drive of the boards only in the blind position of the guide rail and the adjustment drive of the guide rail only in the roller shutter position of the boards.
  • the swivel drive has one gear per pivot and a toothing designed for simultaneous engagement in all the gears.
  • the toothing is preferably formed on a chain, at the first end of which a return spring is connected and on the second, parallel deflected end of the driver, and as an external actuating device Cable provided, which can be fixed in different positions and connected to the gate valve.
  • the locking slide is acted upon by a compression spring which acts in the same direction as the return spring of the chain.
  • a compression spring which acts in the same direction as the return spring of the chain.
  • the adjustment drive of the guide rail preferably has at least two pivotable control cams which are arranged at a distance from one another and are connected via a vertical pull rod to which the control lever is articulated.
  • the forced guidance can also take place on both sides, for example by using a crank mechanism or the like as an actuating device Interlocking a closed chain, etc. is provided.
  • the toothing can also be arranged in the guide rail, its transfer into the blind position allowing the toothing designed as a rack to engage in all the gears.
  • a roller shutter according to the invention has a frame 2, or the like on a window 1. is provided.
  • the frame 2 can be designed as a separate part to be attached to the window frame or already integrated in the frame profile.
  • each of the two vertically extending parts of the frame 2 has a groove 38 which extends in the roller shutter plane and which is open towards the boards 4 of the roller shutter.
  • a U-shaped guide rail 3 is arranged in the groove 38, which has two mutually parallel webs 21 and a transverse web 13.
  • the guide rail 3 is horizontally displaceable in the groove 38 in the roller shutter plane between a roller shutter position and a blind position, the webs 21 of the guide rail 3 enclosing the end sections of the boards 4 in the roller shutter position (FIG.
  • the webs 21 release the end sections of the boards 4 in the guide rail 3 retracted into the blind position according to FIG. 2, so that these can be pivoted about the pivot pin 5.
  • These pivots 5 protrude from the center of the end face of the boards 4 and penetrate a pulling element 6 of the rolling device of the roller shutter arranged in the interior of the guide rail 3.
  • the boards 4 can be made in any manner from wood, metal or plastic, as shown, their longitudinal narrow sides are stepped or grooved so that they engage in a form-fitting manner in the fully closed position (FIG. 5).
  • each pivot 5 is separately detachably coupled to the swivel drive 7.
  • a coupling shaft 8 is provided per pivot 5, which carries a gear 11 at the free end.
  • Each coupling shaft 8 passes through an opening in the crosspiece 13 and is rotatably mounted in the frame 2.
  • the coupling end of the coupling shaft 8 is provided with a diametrically extending slot 9, in which one diametrically at the end of the pivot 5 trained flat web 10 engages.
  • the gears 11 of all clutch shafts 8 are coupled via a chain 12, the movement of which rotates all clutch shafts simultaneously and in the same direction.
  • the traction element 6 is composed here of individually hinged tabs 18, each tab 18 having an elongated hole 19 on one side, so that there remains a displacement distance a for the pivot pin 20, which corresponds to the width of the air passage gap 31, the center distance of the coupling shafts 8 being the board height including the distance a.
  • the guide rail 3 is withdrawn, which is locked in the roller shutter position by at least two control cams 14. These are mounted on axles 15 in frame 2 and can be pivoted together with transverse axles 16 via a pull rod 17.
  • the pivoted position of the control cams 14 is shown in broken lines in FIGS. 3 and 4, the guide rail 3 being pushed back under the action of a plurality of compression springs 32 and occupying the position shown in FIG. 3.
  • the locking slide 27 is provided with a longitudinal slot 29 in which one end of the chain 12 is slidably guided, the compression spring 28 being supported between the end of the chain 12 and the locking slide 27.
  • the first end of the chain 12, which, coming from the locking slide 27 and deflects downward via the uppermost gearwheel 11, connects all the gearwheels 11, is fastened to a retaining spring 22 fixed to the frame.
  • the guide rail 3 thus released yields through the compression springs 32 and enables the pivoting of the boards 4, which takes place by a further pull on the cable 30, since the locking slide 27 moves the chain 12 after compression of the spring 28.
  • the swivel angle of the board 4 can thus be easily selected and adjusted.
  • the cable pull 30 is released and the return spring 22 swivels all the boards into their roller shutter position, whereupon the compression spring 28 further displaces the locking slide 27, so that the control lever 23 can also be retrieved by the spring 25, which moves the lifting rod 17 downwards and pivots the control cams 14 upwards.
  • These press the guide rail 3 forward so that the end portions of the board 4 are edged and the reel-up device, not shown, can be used.
  • each pivot pin 5 passing through the pulling element 6 directly carries a gear wheel 40.
  • this is assigned a toothing, for example a toothed rack 41 on the inside of a web 21 of the guide rail 3.
  • the rack 41 is therefore displaceable with the guide rail 3, so that it is out of engagement with the gear wheels 40 in the roller shutter position according to FIG. 6 and in engagement with the gear wheels 40 in the blind position according to FIG. 7.
  • the twisting of the boards 4 can take place via the traction element 6, the movement of which allows the toothed wheels 40 to roll in the toothed rack 41.
