Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer des objets profilés à partir de fibres encollées sèches ou ne présentant qu'une faible humidité, par remplissage de la chambre de compression à l'aide d'une presse à plateau comprenant au moins un élément supérieur (2) et un élément inférieur (1) de presse, puis par compression dans la presse à plateau, les fibres encollées étant injectées dans un courant d'air dans la chambre de compression fermée, dont la taille correspond au volume de fibres apparent de l'objet profilé, et qui possède un ou plusieurs orifices d'injection (5) et un ou plusieurs orifices d'évacuation couverts par un filtre (6), les fibres encollées étant ensuite comprimées grâce à un mouvement de l'élément supérieur (2) de la presse en direction de l'élément inférieur (1) de la presse, caractérisé en ce que l'élément supérieur (2) de la presse est formé de manière à déborder de tous les côtés l'élément inférieur (1) de la presse et définit ainsi la chambre de compression, en ce que les orifices d'injection (5) et d'éjection (7) sont disposés dans les parties latérales de l'élément supérieur de la presse qui débordent l'élément inférieur (1) de la presse, et en ce que l'opération de soufflage se passe au niveau de l'élément supérieur (2) de la presse placé sur l'élément inférieur (1) de la presse.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fibres encollées sont comprimées dans la presse jusqu'à obtention d'une partie seulement de l'épaisseur finale souhaitée, pour former une ébauche, sont ensuite enlevées de la presse et mises dans une seconde presse et là, moyennant une amenée de chaleur, sont moulées définitivement jusqu'à obtention de l'épaisseur finale
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche est pourvue, dans la seconde presse, d'une épaisseur différente suivant les endroits.
  4. Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant une presse formée d'un élément inférieur (1) d'outil de compression et d'un élément supérieur (2) d'outil de compression, un orifice d'injection (5) pour amener le mélange d'air et de fibres encollées dans la chambre de compression, et un orifice d'évacuation (7), prévu au niveau de la chambre de compression et couvert par un filtre (6), caractérisé en ce que l'élément supérieur (2) d'outil de compression déborde l'élément inférieur (1) d'outil de compression moyennant la formation d'une chambre de compression, et les orifices d'injection (5) et d'éjection (7) sont disposés dans les parties latérales de l'élément supérieur (2) de l'outil de compression qui débordent.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs orifices d'aspiration de sections transversales différentes sont prévus.
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que les orifices d'aspiration sont pourvus d'une section transversale variable et/ou sont sollicités par une dépression variable.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans le fond d'un ou plusieurs éléments d'outil de compression, des canaux (9) de faible section transversale, en contact avec l'atmosphère ou reliés à une source d'air sous pression.
