Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Profilkörpern aus trockenen oder nur eine geringe Feuchtigkeit aufweisenden beleimten Fasern durch Einfüllen in den Pressenraum einer mindestens aus Pressenoberteil und Pressenunterteil bestehenden Plattenpresse und anschließendes Verdichten in der Plattenpresse, wobei die beleimten Fasern in einem Luftstrom in den geschlossenen, in seiner Größe dem Faserschüttvolumen des Profilkörpers entsprechenden Pressenraum eingeblasen werden, der wenigstens eine Einblasöffnung und wenigstens eine mit einem Sieb abgedeckte Ausblasöffnung aufweist, und wobei die beleimten Fasern anschließend durch Bewegen des Pressenoberteils in Richtung auf das Pressenunterteil verdichtet werden.The invention relates to a process for the production of profiled bodies from dry or low-moisture glued fibers by filling into the press space of a plate press consisting at least of the upper press part and the lower press part and subsequent compression in the plate press, the glued fibers being passed in an air stream in the closed, The size of the press bulk space corresponding to the bulk volume of the profile body is blown in, which has at least one blowing opening and at least one blowing opening covered with a sieve, and the glued fibers are then compressed by moving the upper press part in the direction of the lower press part.
Ein solches Verfahren ist bekannt ( DE - B - 16 53 194 ). Bei dem bekannten Verfahren werden die beleimten Fasern in einem Luftstrom in den von dem Pressenunterteil und einem auf diesem angeordneten Sieb gebildeten Raum eingeblasen. Dieses Verfahren erfordert einen größeren apparativen Aufwand, weil vor und nach dem Pressen eines Profilkörpers das Sieb hin- und hertransportiert werden muß.Such a method is known (DE-B-16 53 194). Bei einem anderen bekannten Verfahren zur Herstellung der dünnwndigen Profilkörper wird von bereits fertig ausgehärteten Faserplatten ausgegangen. Es würde deshalb eine starke technische Verbesserung und damit einen wirtschaftlichen Vorteil bedeuten, wenn es möglich wäre, Profilkörper ohne die Stufe über Zwischen produkte direkt direkt aus beleimten Fasern herzustellen. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens sind in den Ansprüchen 2 und 3 enthalten. Das Ausführungsbeispiel einer Vorrichtung für die Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist in den Ansprüchen 4 bis 7 enthalten und nachstehend anhand der Figuren 1 und 2 erläutert. Wenn mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren Profilkörper hergestellt werden sollen, welche nicht stark strukturiert, sondern im wesentlichen eben sind, dann können die Fasern in gleichmäßiger oder gezielt ungleichmäßiger Verteilung in das Volumen eingeblasen und unmittelbar nach der Füllung des Volumens zum Profilkörper gepreßt werden. Weisen dagegen die herzustellenden Profilkörper eine stark strukturierte Gestalt auf oder sollen sie an verschiedenen Orten verschiedene Dichten aufweisen, so hat es sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, die beleimten Fasern in der Presse, in welcher sie eingeblasen worden sind, nur bis auf einen Teil der gewünschten Enddichte zu einem Vorpreßling zu verdichten, diesen aus dieser Presse herauszunehmen, in eine zweite Presse einzulegen und ihn dort unter Zufuhr von Wärme auf Enddichte fertig zu pressen. Bei diesem zweistufigen Verfahren ist es in einfacher Weise möglich, den fertigen Profilkörper mit unterschiedlichen Dichten herzustellen. Dies kann in einfacher Weise dadurch geschehen, daß die Preßwerkzeuge der zweiten Presse an den Stellen, an denen der Profilkörper stärker verdichtet werden soll, eine andere Form aufweisen, als die Preßwerkzeuge der ersten Presse.If the process according to the invention is to be used to produce profiled bodies which are not highly structured but are essentially flat, then the fibers can be blown into the volume in a uniform or deliberately non-uniform distribution and pressed to the profiled body immediately after the volume has been filled. In Fig. 1 ist die Presse in geöffnetem Zustand gezeigt; dann ist zwischen dem Preßwerkzeugunterteil 1 und dem Preßwerkzeugoberteil 2 das mit den beleimten Fasern zu füllende Volumen 4 vorhanden. Dieses Volumen 4 ist auf der linken Seite von der Einblasöffnung 5 begrenzt, durch welche die in einer Druckluftleitung herantransportierten beleimten Fasern in das Volumen eingeblasen werden. Auf der rechten Seite ist das Pendant zur Einblasöffnung, nämlich die mit einem Sieb 6 verschlossene Ausblasöffnung 7 zu erkennen, durch welche die nicht mehr benötigte Luft abgeleitet oder ggf. sogar abgesaugt werden kann.The exemplary embodiment of a device for carrying out the method according to the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. Aus Fig. 2 wird deutlich, daß die Presse mit mehreren Ausblasöffnungen versehen sein kann, welche an eine gemeinsame Abluftleitung 8 angeschlossen sind. Die Ausblasöffnungen können in unterschiedlicher Weise dazu genutzt werden, um die Fasern entweder gleichmäßig oder gezielt ungleichmäßig ( zwecks Herstellung unterschiedlicher Dichten im Profilkörper ) in das Volumen einzufüllen. Zu diesem Zweck können sie beispielsweise unterschiedliche Querschnitte aufweisen. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Absaugöffnungen mit Vorrichtungen, wie Klappen, zu versehen, welche die stetige Veränderung des Querschnittes gestatten.
