Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gebläse, insbesondere für Haartrockner mit einer am Gebläsegehäuse angeordneten und über die Ansaugöffnung greifenden topfförmigen Gehäusekappe mit im Kappenboden ausgebildeten Schlit­zungen zur Durchleitung der Ansaugluft, bei dem Schlit­zungen sich im Mittelabschnitt auf konzentrischen Kreislinien und im Randbereich radial erstrecken.The invention relates to a blower, in particular for hair dryers, with a cup-shaped housing cap arranged on the blower housing and engaging over the suction opening and having slits formed in the cap base for the passage of the suction air, in which slits extend radially in the middle section on concentric circular lines and in the edge region.

Bei bekannten Gebläsen dieser Art finden ringabschnitt­förmig auf konzentrischen Kreislinien im Gehäusekap­penboden ausgebildete Luftansaugschlitze Anwendung. Das so gebildete Lochbild für die Ansaugluft erweist sich jedoch als zu klein und wirkt sich deshalb un­günstig auf den Luftdurchsatz aus. Weiter ist es be­kannt, um die ringabschnittförmigen Schlitze im Rand­bereich des Gehäusekappenbodens zusätzlich radiale Luftansaugschlitze vorzusehen, die die Luftleistung jedoch nur geringfügig verbessern helfen. Beiden Aus­führungen ist der Nachteil gemeinsam, daß Luftleistungs­erhöhungen Drehzahlsteigerungen des Gebläseflügels zur Voraussetzung haben, was wiederum zu starken Anhebungen der Geräuschpegel führt.In known fans of this type, air intake slots formed in the form of a ring section on concentric circular lines in the bottom of the housing cap are used. Der Erfindung gemäß hat diese Aufgabe dadurch eine Lö­sung gefunden, daß auf einer Ringfläche des Randbereichs des Gehäusekappenbodenrs eine Vielzahl gegenüber dem Gehäusekappenmittelpunkt geneigte Schlitzungen an­geordnet sind, die einzeln mit in der Gehäusekappen­umfangsfläche sich erstreckenden axialen Schlitzungen in Verbindung stehen und daß die Neigung der Schlit­zungen entgegen der Umlaufrichtung des Gebläseflügels gerichtet ist. Die Schlitzungen sind derart geneigt, daß sich die Verlängerungen der Mittelachsen dersel­ben im Abstand des Gehäusekappenmittelpunkts erstrek­ken. Die Schlitzungen ergeben ein Lochbild für die An­saugseite des Gebläses mit großem Luftdurchgang, das unter Beibehaltung der Drehzahl zu einer spürbaren Anhebung der Luftleistung führt, bzw. bei Beibehal­tung der Luftleistung eine reduzierte Drehzahl er­fordert, wodurch sich das Gebläse durch eine geringe Geräuschbildung auszeichnet.According to the invention, this object has been achieved in that a large number on an annular surface of the edge region of the housing cap bottom Housing cap center inclined slots are arranged, which are individually in connection with extending in the housing cap peripheral surface axial slots and that the inclination of the slots is directed against the direction of rotation of the fan blade. Gebläse, insbesondere für Haartrockner mit einer am Gebläsegehäuse angeordneten und über die Ansaugöff­nung greifenden topfförmigen Gehäusekappe mit im Kap­penboden ausgebildeten Schlitzungen zur Durchleitung der Ansaugluft, bei dem die Schlitzungen sich im Mit­telabschnitt auf konzentrischen Kreislinien und im Randbereich radial erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Ringfläche des Randbereichs des Gehäuse­kappenbodens (4ʹ) eine Vielzahl gegenüber dem Gehäuse­kappenmittelpunkt geneigte Schlitzungen (6) angeordnet sind, die einzeln mit in der Gehäuseumfangsfläche sich er­streckenden axialen Schlitzungen (8) in Verbindung stehen und daß die Neigung der Schlitzungen (6) entge­gen der Umlaufrichtung des Gebläseflügels gerichtet ist.1.
