Claims (4)

1. Betätigungsvorrichtung für eine Fensterscheibe (4), die verschiebar in einem Türaufbau (2) eines Kraftfahrzeuges befetigt ist und die es gestattet, drei stabile Positionen (4a, 4b, 4c) während der Abwärtsbewegung oder der Wiederaufwärtsbewegung der Fensterscheibe (4) zu erhalten, wobei diese drei Positionen jeweils eine hohe Schliessposition (4a), eine Zwischenposition mit geringer Öffnung (4b) zur Belüftung des Kraftfahrzeuges, und eine untere Position der völligen Öffnung (4c) sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
-eine mit dem Türaufbau (2) fest verbundene Platine (23), die in einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Lage ist und von einer länglichen Öffnung (25) mit vertikaler Achse durchdrungen ist und ein Ritzel (27) und eine Rolle (28) trägt, die drehbar auf der Platine (23) befestigt sind, und zwar jeweils unter Zwischenschaltung einer zur Platine senkrecht verlaufenden Achse;
-eine Gleitschiene (7), die fest mit dem unteren Abschnitt der Fensterscheibe (4) verbunden ist und in horizontaler Richtung verläuft;
-einen Arm (20), der unter Zwischenschaltung einer mit ihm fest verbundenen Achse (26), die in die längliche Öffnung (25) der Platine (23) eingreift, drehbar auf der Platine parallel zu dieser befestigt ist, und der Arm (20) ferner an einer seiner Enden eine in die Gleitführung (7) eingreifende Schwenkachse (21, 22) aufweist;
-einen Nocken (31), der fest mit dem Arm (20) verbunden ist und aufeinanderfolgend auf seiner Betätigungsfläche ausserhalb des Arms (20) eine Zone (33) aufweist, die auf einem kreisförmigen Abschnitt des Nockens angebrachte Zähne aufweist, eine Schrägfläche (34) in halbflacher Ausführung und eine glatte, kreisförmige Zone (35), die durch einen zum Arm (20) zurückführenden Abschnitt (36) beendet wird, der mit dem Arm einen Winkel bildet, der höchstensgleich etwa 90° ist;
die kreisförmigen Abschnitte (33, 35) des Nokkens als Achse die Drehachse des Arms (20) haben,
-eine Schraubenfeder (40), die an einer ihrer Enden an der Achse (26) des Arms (20) befestigt ist und an ihrem anderen Ende an der Platine (23) gewährleistet die Rückholung des Arms (20) im Sinne eines Schliessens der Fensterscheibe (4);
-und einen Betätigungsgriff (30), der fest mit der Achse des Ritzels (27) verbunden ist und vom Inneren der Fensterscheibe betätigbar ist;
wobei der Eingriff des Ritzels (27) in die Zähne (33) des Nockens (31) die Verriegelung der Fensterscheibe (4) in einer Schliesstellung gewährleistet und der Betätigungsgriff (30) es ermöglicht, den Nocken (31) zu drehen, der unter Zwischenschaltung der Schrägfläche (34) in Anlage mit der Rolle (28) steht, die Richtung der Schrägfläche zwischen den Zähnen (33) und der glatten, kreisförmigen Zone (35) sich von der Drehachse des Arms (20) entfernt, so dass ein Lösen des Ritzels (27) gegenüber den Zähnen (33) des Nockens (31) gewährleistet ist.
2. Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken (31) die allgemeine Form eines Kreissektors aufweist, der seitlich gegenüber dem Arm (20) auf einer der Seiten desselben vorsteht.
3. Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkverbindung des Arms (20) auf der Gleitführung (7) aus einer Achse (21) besteht, die fest mit dem Arm (20) verbunden ist und aus einer Rolle (22), die drehbar auf der Achse (21) befestigt ist und die durch Abrollen im Inneren der Gleitführung (7) beweglich ist.
4. Betätigungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dass die Bestandteile der Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) mit Ausnahme des Handgriffes (30) im Inneren einer Zelle (2a) angeordnet sind, die den unteren Abschnitt des Türaufbaus (2) bildet.
