Claims (5)

1. Elektrischer Heizungskonvektor, vorzugsweise als Fensterbank oder Teil davon ausgebildet und beheizt durch mindestens ein Heizelement (43), der mindestens einen an beiden Enden offenen und sich durch den Konvektor erstreckenden Kanal aufweist, der als Durchlaß zur Leitung eines Luftstromes gegen das Fenster ausgebildet ist, und bei dem das Heizelement im Kanal und mit wärmeleitender Verbindung mit mindestens einer Fläche (36) aus wärmeleitendem Material zur Leitung des Luftstroms angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leitende Fläche der Steg eines sich zentral durch den Konvektor erstreckenden Trägers (36) ist, daß der obere und untere Endbereich des Trägers mit Rillen (37) in Längsrichtung versehen ist, die als Halterungen für eine eine äußere Begrenzung des Konvektors bildende Abdeckung (38, 39) dienen, wobei die Abdeckung auf der Innenseite mit einer Wärmeisolierung (47, 48) versehen ist.
2. Konvektor nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heizelement (43) rohrförmig ausgebildet und in einem an einem Ende des Trägers (36) geformten Kanal (42) angeordnet ist.
3. Konvektor nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere Rillen (40) am oberen und unteren Ende des Trägers (36) zum Halten der Tragarme (41) ausgebildet sind, die den Konvektor tragen.
4. Konvektor nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckungsteile (38, 39) an beiden Seiten des Stegs des Trägers (36) angeordnet sind und daß die Enden der Abdeckungsteile durch am Träger (36) befestigte Endkappen (49, 50) verschlossen werden.
5. Konvektor nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Abdeckungsteilen (38, 39) obere und untere Durchlaßöffnungen (45) angeordnet sind, die durch nach innen gebogene Zungen (46) geformt werden, die entlang drei Seiten ausgestanzt und zur Befestigung von an der Innenfläche der Abdeckungsteile angeordneten Isolationen (47, 48) ausgebildet sind.
