Abstract

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, ein Kraft­trainingsgerät für Skilangläufer und Schlittschuhläufer zu schaffen, mit dem vor allem die Hüftmuskeln, d.h. Hüft-Schen­kelbeuger, die Oberschenkelstrecker und die Gesässmuskeln trainiert werden sollen. Zweckmässig werden zwei Federn 22 unterschiedlicher Federkonstante vorgesehen, um das Kraft­training den individuellen Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Statt oder zusätzlich zur Feder 22 kann auch ein hydraulischer oder pneumatischer Dämpfer am zweiten Haken 21 eingehängt werden. Zur Begrenzung der Bewegung der Stäbe 6, 7 in ihrer Grundstellung parallel zum Mittelträger 2 sind an diesem zwei Anschlagblöcke 23 angeschweisst.The rods 6, 7 each have at their front ends a horizontal axis 16 on which a roller 17 is rotatably mounted.
