Abstract

Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, ein Krafttrainingsgerät für Skilangläufer und Schlittschuhläufer zu schaffen, mit dem vor allem die Hüftmuskeln, d.h. Hüft-Schenkelbeuger, die Oberschenkelstrecker und die Gesässmuskeln trainiert werden sollen. Auf dem Mittelträger 2 und den beiden Stäben 6, 7 ist in gleichem Abstand vom Fuss 4 je eine Standfläche 10, 11 befestigt, wobei die Standfläche 10 auf dem Mittelträger 2 angeschweisst ist, die Standflächen 11 jedoch an den Stäben 6, 7 über längs den oberen inneren Kanten der Stäbe 6, 7 verlaufende Scharniere 12 angelenkt sind (Fig. 3). Die Stäbe 6, 7 tragen an ihren vorderen Enden je eine horizontale Achse 16, auf welcher eine Rolle 17 drehbar gelagert ist. Ueber diese Rolle 17 ist das vordere Stabende auf dem Boden abgestützt. Hinter den Standflächen 11 ist auf den Stäben 6, 7 ein Z-Profil 18 mit nach oben aussen ragendem freien Schenkel 19 aufgeschweisst. Vom Schenkel 19 her sind bis in den Steg des Z-Profils 18 zwei Ausschnitte 20 eingefräst. Damit sind zwei Haken 21 zum Einhängen von Federn 22 gebildet. Zweckmässig werden zwei Federn 22 unterschiedlicher Federkonstante vorgesehen, um das Krafttraining den individuellen Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Statt oder zusätzlich zur Feder 22 kann auch ein hydraulischer oder pneumatischer Dämpfer am zweiten Haken 21 eingehängt werden. Zur Begrenzung der Bewegung der Stäbe 6, 7 in ihrer Grundstellung parallel zum Mittelträger 2 sind an diesem zwei Anschlagblöcke 23 angeschweisst.The
Im Betrieb wird auf die Standflächen 10, 11 je eine Langlaufbindung aufgeschraubt. Der Langläufer oder Schlittschuhläufer steigt in die Bindungen und schwenkt rhythmisch mit entweder nur dem einen Fuss den einen Stab 6 oder abwechselnd mit beiden Füssen beide Stäbe 6, 7 gegen die Kraft der Feder 22 aus. Der Abstand der Standflächen 10, 11 von den Schwenkachsen 9 ist so gewählt, dass die Schwenkbewegung etwa dem natürlichen Skating- oder Schlittschuhschritt entspricht.
