Ein Spender dieser Art ist durch die EP-A-0 109 982 bekannt. Dort nimmt das Gehäuserohr eine bodenseitig verschraubungsgesicherte, becherartige Hülse auf. Leztere enthält einen Druckboden in Form einer Kolbenplatte, die unter Drehbewegung einer Handhabe innerhalb der Hülse in Richtung der Ausgabeöffnung verlagerbar ist. Dazu greifen zwei diametral einander gegenüberliegende, die Wandung der Hülse durchsetzende Zapfenabschnitte in eine schraubengangförmige Führungsnut ein. Zum entsprechenden Durchgriff der Zapfenabschnitte ist die Hülse, ausgehend vom Boden bis zum oberen Hülsenrand reichend und dort ausmündend, mit paarig realisierten, vorzugsweise schwach wendelförmigen Längsschlitzen versehen. Die zugehörige Handhabe besteht aus einer mit der Hülse schraubtechnisch verbindbaren Drehkappe, die oberseitig eine exzentrisch liegende Tülle besitzt. Die auszugebende, teigartige Masse ist in einem nach Abschrauben der Drehkappe frei zugänglichen, kollabierbaren Sack aufgenommen, dessen Rand von einem Haltering auf ganzer Querschnittsbreite offen gehalten ist. Der Sack stützt sich auf dem Druckboden ab und läßt sich aufgrund der vorzugsweise schwach wendelförmigen Längsschlitze unter leichter wringartiger Verdrehung und axialer Stauchung verkürzen. Diese Ausgestaltung ist fertigungs- und montagetechnisch relativ aufwendig, da schon beim Zusammenfügen der Spender Funktionsteile die Zapfenabschnitte des Druckbodens eine lange Wegstrecke durchlaufen müssen und im übrigen ein einfacher Durchlauf durch die Längsschlitze im Anschluß an die Einführungsabschnitte nicht in jedem Falle gegeben ist; es bedarf der - wenn nicht zufälligen - willensbetonten Ausrichtung von Hülse und Gehäuserohr. So ergibt sich in der Regel eine Art Steck/Dreh-Zuordnung. Dazu ist bezüglich der Lehre des Anspruches 1 so vorgegangen, daß die Einfuhrungsabschnitte für die Zapfenabschnitte des topfförmig gestalteten Druckbodens an dem der Ausgabeöffnung gegenüber liegenden Ende des Gehäuserohres vorgesehen sind. Diese der Grundform des Gehäuserohres schon mit zuzuschreibende Nutzungsform läßt auf kürzestem Wege die Positionierung des Druckbodens erreichen. Das erspart vor allem auch längere Montagezeit. Die Ausweichbewegung für die besagte Schnappverbindung wird vom Gehäuserohr und dem dieses umgreifenden Schiebering gut toleriert. Seine axiale Anschlagbegrenzung findet der Schiebering in seiner untersten Stellung an der besagten Schulter des Gehäuserohres. Von dorther wird unter Nutzung des geschaffenen bzw. belassenen Einführabschnitts der Druckboden eingeführt. Den in Gegenrichtung liegenden Anschlag erreicht man mit einfachen Mitteln dagegen dadurch, daß der Schiebering in der Ausgabeöffnung nächstliegender Stellung an einer die Ausgabeöffnung ausweisenden, auf die Mantelfläche des Gehäuserohres aufgeschraubten, mit ihrer Deckeninnenfläche die Abstützung für den Sack bildenden Kappe anschlägt. Letztere erlaubt das einfache Nachladen des nächsten Sackes etc. und vermittelt im übrigen ein definiertes, die exakte Ausgabe ermöglichendes Widerlager in Form der erwähnten Innenfläche. Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des Gegenstandesgemäß Patentanspruch 2 besteht sodann darin, daß die Längsschlitze bis zum ausgabeöffnungsseitigen Ende des Gehäuserohres hinreichend offen und an ihrem dortigen Ende überfangen sind von der auf die Mantelfläche des Gehäuserohres aufgeschraubten, mit ihrer Deckelinnenfläche die Abstützung für den Sack bildenden Kappe, wobei die Zahnleisten im Abstand vom mündungsseitigen Ende des Gehäuserohres enden. Die Drehachse erfüllt dabei praktisch eine Doppelfunktion, nämlich zum einen bringt sie den Drehantrieb für die sich an der Zahnleiste verlagernden Ritzel und zum anderen die Zapfenendabschnitte für die Mitnahme des Druckbodens. Die Drehachse kann einfach quer durch den Druckboden hindurchgesteckt werden. Letzteres läßt sich sogar über ein einfaches Aufklipsen verwirklichen, wobei der Klippsschacht in Gegenrichtung zur Ausspreitz-Verlagerungsrichtung offenlegen würde. Weiter bringt die Erfindung den Vorschlag, daß der Drehknebel von einer scheibenförmigen Fußplatte ausgeht, welche bis über die Randkante des Längsschlitzes und die Zahnleiste ragt. Die Scheibenform und die Gegenüberlage von Führungsflächen des Längsschlitzes bringen einen glatten Schublauf. Überdies vermittelt eine derartige Scheibenförmige Platte einen gewissen Fingerschutz in bezug auf den linear ausgerichteten Zahntrieb. Darüberhinaus liegt ein vorteilhafter Begrenzungsanschlag wiederum dadurch vor, daß der untere Rand der Kappe den Anschlag für die Aufwärtsbewegung des Druckbodens bildet. Eine dritte günstige Ausbildung der Handhabe läßt sich mit einfachen Mitteln dadurch erreichen, daß die Handhabe aus einer auf der Mantelfläche des Gehäuserohres drehbaren Hülse gebildet ist, die auf ihrer Innenfläche einen kulissenschlitzartigen Schraubgewindegang besitzt, in welchen die freien Enden der Zapfenabschnitte ragen, derart, daß die Hülse in Achsrichtung verschiebegesichert ist durch Anschlag ihres unteren Stirnrandes an einer auswärts gerichteten Schulter des Gehäuserohres, wobei die Längsschlitze zum bodenseitigen Ende hin offen sind und die Kappe mit einem Außengewinde in ein Innengewinde des Gehäuserohres eingreift. Eine solche Handhabe kann sich über die gesamte nutzbare Länge de Gehäuserohres erstrecken. Die Startzone trägt die in Bezug auf die Bedienungshandhabe B in Fig. 4 erläuterte Auflauframpe 12, so daß das im Randkantenbereich gefaste Ende des Zapfenabschnitts 8 auch hier bequem im Wege der Schnappverbindung der Betätigungshandhabe B zugeordnet werden kann. Andererseits genügt aber auch ein Schraubgewindegang 31. Der Gewindeeingriff der Kappe findet gehäuserohrinnenseitig statt. Das Außengewinde der Kappe trägt das Bezugszeichen 33; das korrespondierende Innengewinde des Gehäuserohres 1 ist mit 34 bezeichnet. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel bildet nicht nur die Deckeninnenfläche 16 der Kappe 3 die Abstützung für den dortigen Bereich des Sackes 5, sondern anteilig auch noch die zylindrische Innenfläche der topfförmigen Kappe. Wie Fig. 11 entnehmbar, schließen die obere Stirnfläche des Rohrgehäuses 1 und die der Hülse 30 praktisch ebenengleich ab, d. h. die Stirnfläche springt zweckmäßig etwas zurück im Interesse einer freien Drehbewegung von 30. Die Unterseite des Kragens 32 erstreckt sich über beide. Aus Gründen einer erleichterten Aufschraubbewegung im Sinne einer verbesserten Griffigkeit kann der Kragen 32 allerdings die Mantelfläche der von einer Hülse 30 gebildeten Betätigungshandhabe B etwas überragen. Dieser Mantelabschnitt kann axial gerieft sein. Eine ebensolche Riefung besitzt auch der verbreiterte, einen Drehgegenhalt bildende Standfußbereich 14. Claims (8)

  1. Dispenser for discharging single portions of pastes or the like, with a housing tube (1) which at one end has a discharge opening (3') and, opposite the latter, is provided with a pressure plate (2) axially displaceable relative to the housing tube (1) to operate discharge, for conveying the discharge material contained in a bag (5) in the direction of the discharge opening (3'), which pressure plate (2) can be displaced by means of a handle (B) in the direction (x) of the discharge opening, wherein the housing tube (1) has two diametrically opposed longitudinal slots (7) which open out at one end of the housing and through which extend pin sections (8) which are oriented radially outwards relative to the pressure plate (2) and which are coupled to the handle (B), and which beyond the path to be travelled during discharge operation of the handle (B) continue into linearly extending feed sections for the pressure plate pin sections (8), characterised in that the feed sections for the pin sections (8) of the cup-shaped pressure plate (2) are provided at the end of the housing tube (1) opposite the discharge opening (3').

Dispenser according to claim 1, characterised in that the handle (B) consists of a sliding ring (9) which is coupled to the free ends of the pin sections (8) by a snap-fit connection and in its lowermost position is in abutment with an outwardly projecting shoulder (13) of the housing tube (1).
  4. Dispenser according to claim 3, characterised in that the sliding ring (9) in the position closest to the discharge opening (3') abuts against a cap (3) which comprises the discharge opening (3'), is screwed onto the peripheral surface (M) of the housing tube (1) and with the inner surface (16) of its top forms the support for the bag (5).
  5.   6. Dispenser according to claim 2, characterised in that the rotary toggle (22) extends from a disc-shaped base plate (28) which extends beyond the edge of the longitudinal slot (7) and the rack (26).
  7. Dispenser according to claims 5 and 6, characterised in that the lower edge of the cap (3) forms the stop (15) for upward movement (arrow x) of the pressure plate (2).

Dispenser according to claim 1, characterised in that the handle (B) is formed by a sleeve (30) which is rotatable on the peripheral surface (M) of the housing tube (1) and which on its inner surface has a slotted link-like screw thread (31) into which the free ends of the pin sections (8) extend in such a way that the sleeve (30) is prevented from sliding in the axial direction by abutment of its lower end edge against an outwardly oriented shoulder (13) of the housing tube (1), wherein the longitudinal slots (7) are open towards the bottom end and the cap (3) engages by an external thread (33) in an internal thread (34) of the housing tube (1).
