Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum automatischen Anquetschen von Verbindungsstücken (6), welche seitlich an einem auf einer Rolle (7) aufgerollten Band (8) aufsitzen, auf Leitungsdrähte, umfassend die Folge nachstehender Verfahrensschritte:- man bringt die Rolle in Verlängerung eines Anquetschstandes, wobei die Achse (x x1) der Rolle senkrecht zur Längsachse des Standes steht;- man fixiert an den Platten (13, 14) einer Anquetschpresse eine Manipulationseinrichtung, welche Stempel (26, 27) und Matrizen (23, 24) zum Anquetschen der Verbindungsstücke sowie einen um eine vertikale Achse (17) schwenkbaren Schlitten (16) umfaßt;- man bringt das Band in einen Führungsgang (12) ein, an dessen vorderem Ende der Schlitten (16) in Lage kommt;- man läßt das vordere Ende des Bandes mit einer Länge gleich dem Schritt zwischen zwei Verbindungsstücken in den Schlitten (16) eindringen;- man schneidet das Band (8) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Verbindungsstück durch, um das erste Verbindungsstück freizugeben;- man läßt den Schlitten (16) um 90° verschwenken, um das erste Verbindungsstück mit dem Draht auszurichten;- man führt das Ende eines blanken Drahts zwischen die Quetschflügel (10a, 10b, 11a, 11b) des ersten Verbindungsstücks ein;- man verschiebt die bewegliche Platte (14) der Presse, die Anquetschstempel (26, 27) umfaßt, welche zwecks Umlegens der Quetschflügel (10a, 10b, 11a, 11b) um den Draht mit Anquetschmatrizen (23, 24) zusammenwirken, und man trennt gleichzeitig den am Verbindungsstück verbliebenen Bandabschnitt (8) ab;- man hebt die bewegliche Platte (14) der Presse, man bringt den bestückten Draht (4) aus, man führt den beweglichen Schlitten (16) zum vorderen Ende des Ganges zurück, und es beginnt ein neuer Zyklus mit der Einführung des vorderen Endes des Bandes in den Schlitten.
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Anquetschen von Verbindungsstücken (6), welche seitlich an einem auf einer Rolle (7) aufgerollten und von dieser zugeführten Band (8) befestigt sind, auf Leitungsdrähte (4), welche Vorrichtung an Platten (13, 14) einer Anquetschpresse befestigt ist und umfaßt:- eine Platte (15), die an einer der Platten (13) der Presse befestigt ist und einen Führungsgang (12) sowie Mittel zum schrittweisen Vorschieben des Bandes in den Gang aufweist;- einen schwenkbaren Schlitten (16) und Mittel zum Verschwenken des Schlittens um 90° um eine vertikale Achse (17) zwischen einer ersten Position, in der der Schlitten am Ende des Ganges plaziert ist, und einer zweiten Position, in der er mit der von den Drähten (4) während des Anquetschens eingenommenen Postition fluchtet, welcher Schlitten ein Schlagblech (18) umfaßt, das mit einem Stempel (19) versehen ist, welcher das Band zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Verbindungsstück durchtrennt;- einen Stempelträger (25), welcher auf der anderen Platte der Presse befestigt ist und zwei Stempel (26, 27) zum Anquetschen der Verbindungsstücke auf die Drähte sowie einen Stift (28) trägt, der zwecks Abschneidens des an jedem Verbindungsstück verbliebenen Metallbandabschnitts (8) mittels des Schlagblechs (18) an diesem in Anlage kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schwenkbare Schlitten (16) weiters zwei Matrizen (23, 24) zum Anquetschen der Verbindungsstücke umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schwenkbare Schlitten (16) bei Einnahme der zweiten Position die Verbindungsstücke oberhalb zweier fixer Anquetschmatrizen (23, 24) positioniert.
