Definitions
- the invention relates generically to an aggregate, secured against eavesdropping from outside, which can be used in particular in a window frame, comprising a plurality of glass panes with an outer pane, inner pane, spacer frame, gas-filled pane interspace and noise generator, the gas filling of the pane interspace being able to be caused to cause interference vibrations by the noise generator.
- Such an aggregate is intended to prevent eavesdropping on conversations held in an interior by directional microphones, vibration sensors attached to the outside of the pane and, if appropriate, laser remote sensing.
- disturbing noise exciter refers to an apparatus which is able to set another body or a gas into sound vibrations and in this sense to transmit or also radiate sound energy.
- a noise generator is an electrical / acoustic converter.
- the electromagnetic currents or pulses are generated in a mostly electronic generator, which works concretely as an interference frequency generator within the scope of the invention.
- the glass panes are not combined to form a multi-pane insulating glass unit from the point of view of sound insulation.
- a thick glass pane is provided on the inside, in front of which a glass pane of the same thickness is arranged at a large distance from the outside.
- a thinner pane of glass follows outwards at a smaller distance.
- the noise generator is a loudspeaker and emits the noise to the air filling. The noise is not specially set up in terms of frequency.
- the invention has for its object to further develop a generic unit so that proven sound insulation measures can be used, can work with a relatively low level of noise and so far low in energy and radiation of the disturbance practically does not occur.
- the multi-pane insulating glass unit is set up for a rated sound insulation value of over 40 dB according to DIN 52 210 and the structure-borne sound generator is so excited that the thermal noise emitted to the outside from the outer pane covers the transmitted sound in the entire frequency range specified above by at least 10 dB.
- thermal noise means that it is a mixture of statically distributed sound frequencies, which arises, for example, in electrical amplifiers from the inevitable thermal movement of the electrons. This mixture is initially a white noise. It is deformed in terms of amplitude (energy) and frequency in accordance with the condition that the thermal noise radiated outward from the outer pane covers the transmitted sound by at least 10 dB.
- the structure-borne sound generator is designed for thermal noise in the frequency range from 200 to 3000 Hz
- the structure-borne sound generator in this frequency range can convert the electromagnetic vibrations or impulses supplied into interference sound and transmit it directly to the outer pane.
- the assigned generator is set up accordingly.
- the invention also makes use of the fact that each multi-pane insulating glass unit has a specific sound insulation curve which can be easily determined experimentally as a function of the frequency or is known from certain literature for certain multi-pane insulating glass units. Knowing this sound insulation curve, the condition that the thermal noise radiated outward from the outer pane covers the transmitted sound in the entire frequency range by at least 10 dB can be easily met by setting up or deforming the white noise by influencing the interference frequency generator.
- the combination according to the invention makes a multi-pane insulating glass unit known in its basic structure into a tap-proof unit made of several glass panes.
- the invention uses the knowledge that speech is no longer intelligible if it is covered by noise above 10 dB.
- the noise is radiated outwards from the outer pane designed according to feature a), but surprisingly does not reach the inside if the inner pane is constructed according to feature a), the gas filling is selected according to feature b) and the structure-borne noise works on the outer pane.
- the gas filling in the disturbing noise also comes into corresponding vibrations, these vibrations are practically not emitted towards the interior. They are vibrations of very low energy, so that an internal radiation can practically not take place.
- the coverage covers the entire frequency range from e.g. 200 to 3000 Hz, but can also go beyond this frequency range. It goes without saying that extensive security against eavesdropping is achieved even if the space between the panes is only filled with air. However, the embodiment with a gas filling corresponding to feature b) of the combination is considerably more effective.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the inner pane is constructed as a laminated glass pane with a vibration-damping composite material, such as cast resin.
- An optimal embodiment is characterized in that the laminated glass inner pane has two glass panes, each about 6 mm thick, which are connected by a cast resin layer of 1 mm and more (D ⁇ 13).
- the outer pane can have a thickness of approximately 4 mm, the intermediate space a thickness of approximately 12 mm. If the unit according to the invention is also to be bug-proof against remote laser scanning, the invention teaches that in a further combination with the combination features described above, the inside of the outer pane has a reflective coating.
- This reflective coating can be formed in a manner known per se, e.g. evaporated, and according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is particularly effective in the infrared range, so that the scanning cannot be carried out with infrared lasers.
- a further embodiment of the invention is characterized in this context in that the inner pane has an anti-reflection coating on the inside, which is particularly effective in the infrared range. It is understood that the inner pane and the outer pane are largely decoupled within the scope of the invention. To this end, the invention recommends, in a further combination with all of the combination features described above, that the spacer frame is designed as a decoupled frame.
- the invention teaches a further interception protection, which is characterized in that the window frame has an outer shell which is decoupled from the window frame, the window frame and / or the outer shell having a further structure-borne sound generator which emits thermal noise and onto which Front shell works.
- the window frame has an outer shell which is decoupled from the window frame, the window frame and / or the outer shell having a further structure-borne sound generator which emits thermal noise and onto which Front shell works.
- the unit consists of an outer pane 1, an inner pane 2, 3, 4, a spacer frame 5 between the outer pane 1 and the inner pane 2, 3, 4, which defines the gas-filled pane space 6, and a structure-borne sound generator 7. There is a gas filling in the pane space 6.
- the glass panes 1 and 2, 3, 4 form a multi-pane insulating glass unit, specifically one with a laminated glass inner pane 2, 3, 4 with glass panes 2 and 4 and the laminated layer 3 and the common thickness D and with an outer pane 1 of thickness d, where D / d is greater than 1.5, is 3 in the exemplary embodiment.
- the gas filling of the intermediate space 6 consists of a gas / air mixture, the density of which is greater than that of air. It may be a sulfur hexafluoride and air filling. Mixing ratio, for example 30% sulfur hexafluoride, 70% air.
- the structure-borne sound generator 7 is set up for thermal noise in the frequency range from 200 to 3000 Hz. However, it does not work on the gas filling in the space between the panes 6, but rather on the outer pane 1.
- the multi-pane insulating glass unit is designed for the weighted sound reduction index specified in the main claim in accordance with DIN 52 210.
- the structure-borne sound generator 7 is designed so that the thermal noise radiated outward from the outer pane covers the transmitted sound by at least 10 dB. In this way it is absolutely possible to work with a very low level for the thermal noise.
- Fig. 2 serves as an explanation. The frequency is plotted on the abscissa axis and the sound level in dB on the ordinate axis.
- the solid curve corresponds to the sound that is let through to the outside when loudly spoken in an interior to which the unit shown in FIG. 1 belongs as a window.
- the dashed curve corresponds to the noise emitted to the outside.
- the noise level is higher by at least 10 dB everywhere.
- the two glass panes 2, 4 each have a thickness of approximately 6 mm. They are connected to one another by a cast resin layer 3 of approximately 1 or 1.2 mm. In contrast, the outer pane 1 has only a thickness of approximately 4 mm. The space between the panes 6 is 12 mm thick.
- the outer pane 1 in the exemplary embodiment has a reflective coating 8 on the inside, in particular in the infrared effective and prevents laser remote scanning.
- the spacer frame 5 is designed as a decoupling frame.
- the window frame expediently has a facing shell on the outside, which is decoupled from the window frame. In this way it can be prevented that sound can penetrate to the outside through the window frame and be listened to. This is particularly the case if the unit comprising the window frame and the facing shell has a further structure-borne sound generator, which emits thermal noise on the facing shell in the manner specified.
