Claims (3)
- Maschine zum Verdichten von losem Schüttgut zur Bildung eines langen dichten Körpers, wobei die Maschine einen sich zu einer Austragöffnung (20) konisch verjüngenden Raum (10) und eine angetriebene Schneckenanordnung (13, 20), die mittig in dem Raum (10) angeordnet ist, aufweist und die Schneckenanordnung eine hintere Eintragschnecke (13) mit Schneckengängen (16) und eine vordere Verdichtungsschnecke (18) mit Schneckengängen (19) umfaßt und die Schnecken (13 und 18) mit zueinander ungleichen Drehzahlen drehbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schneckengänge (16) sowie die Schneckengänge (19) eine in Richtung zur Austragöffnung (20) abnehmende Ganghöhe haben und daß der Raum (10) einen hinteren Eintragbereich (21) mit einer etwas größeren Konizität als der vordere Bereich des Raums (10) hat. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Eintragschnecke (13) einerseits einen hinteren zylindrischen Schneckenabschnitt (13a), der außerhalb des konisch verjüngten Raums (10) liegt, und andererseits einen sich konisch verjüngenden vorderen Schneckenabschnitt (13b), der vollständig innerhalb dieses Raums liegt, aufweist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Vorderende des konisch verjüngten Raums (10) direkt an eine zylindrische Austragleitung (26) angeschlossen ist.
