Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a noise protection device for multi-track railway lines with a central wall between two adjacent tracks.
Protection from the noise of rail traffic is hardly achievable on multi-track railway lines without such middle walls. A soundproof wall must be placed as close as possible to the sound source, in particular the railway wheels, in order to be effective with a reasonable overall height. Soundproof walls arranged only on the outside of a multi-track railway line are too far away from the wheels of the inner track (s). On the other hand, middle walls pose a particular obstacle to official channels, e.g. Shunting paths, the train staff. In addition, middle walls are an obstacle at superstructure construction sites.
The invention has for its object to provide a noise protection device with a central wall between adjacent tracks, which is less cumbersome and not dangerous for the train staff.
In the case of a noise protection device of the type mentioned at the outset, the invention consists in the central wall protruding below the edge regions of the two adjacent clearance profiles and being secured against transverse displacement.
The invention is based on the finding that railroad noise primarily arises in the area of rails and wheels. If the sound exit from this area is hindered - this can be achieved with little effort using the central wall according to the invention, then good noise protection is ensured. By means of the central wall according to the invention, the point of origin of noise is virtually sealed off from the moving train, so that the noise cannot emerge or can only emerge in a dampened manner.
Soundproofing devices with walls in their inwardly angled lower section below the edge area of the clearance profile or with low walls arranged completely under this edge area have already been proposed in AT-PS 372 435 and EP-PS 85 765. These known devices are, however, customary narrow walls or walls which, as the middle walls between two adjacent tracks, are a hindrance to railroad maintenance and train staff. Such middle walls can therefore not suggest the known invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the central wall is designed in the form of a platform-like, walkable web. In addition to the increased sound insulation, this embodiment also has the advantage that the wall can also be easily walked in the longitudinal direction.
The walk-on platform provided according to the invention can be characterized in that the central wall is divided into elements of the same length, which are placed on a base, e.g. on the ballast bed, or plates provided there are leveled and arranged to be liftable.
Such a low "platform" arranged between the tracks can be climbed without difficulty; for safety reasons it can nevertheless be provided within the scope of the invention if a step is attached to the central wall, on one and / or both of its longitudinal sides, at least in sections.
The middle wall is advantageously divided into elements of the same length, which interlock in the joint area in order to avoid a continuous joint. The noise protection device according to the invention can thus be easily installed and, if necessary, dismantled again.
For security against the middle wall being moved To ensure lateral force application and ensure correct installation, according to the invention, individual piles can be anchored in the underground along the central plane between the tracks, which engage in an opening, preferably a longitudinal groove, in the middle of the underside of the platform.
Schwerbeton, bestehen. For better sound absorption, the middle wall made of solid material, e.g. Heavy concrete.
To save weight and material, it is also possible that the central wall is formed with a comb or E-shaped cross section.
The surface of the center wall provided according to the invention can advantageously be designed in a known manner to improve the sound absorption capacity.
In order to enable the central wall according to the invention to be removed on one side, it can be provided that the central wall consists of two preferably mirror-symmetrical parts which adjoin one another in the region of the central plane between the tracks. In this way it is possible to remove the parts of the middle wall adjoining a track, e.g. is necessary for work on the rails or the ballast bed. If the soundproofing device known from EP PS 85765 is provided on the outside of the track, the removed parts can be placed thereon, after it has been moved outwards, preferably on the support arms thereof.
If, as provided in the context of the invention, the parts of the middle wall are individually detachably fastened to the piles, then it is prevented that after the removal of parts the other parts of the middle wall fall over.
According to the invention can be provided to save weight be that the parts have a C-shaped cross section.
.In one embodiment, in order to improve the soundproofing effect, it is provided that the central wall, which is designed as a web, is provided as a support (foundation) for wall elements which point upwards between the light space profiles. The wall elements pointing upwards can be arranged asymmetrically with respect to the central plane. .
