Definitions
- the present invention relates to a support frame for back loads according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a support frame is known from US-A-3,938,718, the side flanges of which are formed on the side of the back plate facing the wearer and are only adapted to the back of the wearer in the lateral direction.
- the back plate itself is spaced from the back of the wearer.
- the load taken up by the support frame is only supported by the side flanges at some support points of a relatively small area, which results in high pressure loads and thus no body-appropriate and comfortable load support.
- the side flanges facing the back can restrict the wearer's freedom of movement.
- Fastenings for receiving loads are formed in the form of openings only in the side flanges and in the lower and upper flanges connecting them. This means that optimal load distribution is not possible.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a support frame which, on the one hand, ensures the greatest possible freedom of movement with a support that is appropriate to the body and, on the other hand, enables a well-arranged attachment of loads with optimal load distribution.
- the invention proposes a support frame according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
- the support frame according to the invention is essentially formed by a back plate 1 with a body-appropriate support side on the one hand and a load-appropriate fastening side on the other.
- the back plate 1 has flanges 2, 3 on its two longitudinal sides, which form a flat U-profile with the back plate 1 and ensure extensive torsional rigidity of the back plate 1.
- brackets 4 in the lower area for the detachable fastening of a circumferential support frame 5.
- carrying straps 6 and, if appropriate, a waist belt are also attached at a suitable point on the carrying side.
- support points 7 are regularly distributed, to which the loads 8 can be fastened with suitable fastening devices. These support points 7 are particularly suitable for fastening load containers which are attached to the back plate 1 in a strictly geometric form and preferably in a modular principle.
- the back plate 1 also has a plurality of openings 11, essentially over its entire extent. These serve on the one hand to reduce the weight of the back plate 1 but also and above all to ventilate the support side and to attach loads to almost any point on the back plate 1. These different openings 11 are preferably arranged symmetrically to the longitudinal center line of the back plate 1 and have different shapes . By pulling straps, tapes or cords through, numerous, orderly and clear fastenings of loads can be carried out.
- another load such as e.g. a tent, mat, etc. be attached to the back plate 1 so that the carrying frame is always optimally packed and can therefore also be worn.
- the support frame 5 serves not only for the safe support of the loads but also for the tilt-proof parking of the frame according to the invention.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a support frame for back loads according to the preamble of
Such a support frame is known from US-A-3,938,718, the side flanges of which are formed on the side of the back plate facing the wearer and are only adapted to the back of the wearer in the lateral direction. The back plate itself is spaced from the back of the wearer. Thus, the load taken up by the support frame is only supported by the side flanges at some support points of a relatively small area, which results in high pressure loads and thus no body-appropriate and comfortable load support. Furthermore, the side flanges facing the back can restrict the wearer's freedom of movement. Fastenings for receiving loads are formed in the form of openings only in the side flanges and in the lower and upper flanges connecting them. This means that optimal load distribution is not possible.
The object of the present invention is to provide a support frame which, on the one hand, ensures the greatest possible freedom of movement with a support that is appropriate to the body and, on the other hand, enables a well-arranged attachment of loads with optimal load distribution.
To achieve this object, the invention proposes a support frame according to the characterizing part of
Further details and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
In den Zeichnungen ist
- Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Tragegestelles gemäß der Erfindung mit daran befestigten Traglasten;
- Fig. 2 eine raumbildliche Ansicht des Tragegestelles gemäß der Erfindung von der Lastenseite her;
- Figure 1 is a side view of the support frame according to the invention with attached loads.
- Figure 2 is a spatial view of the support frame according to the invention from the load side.
- Fig. 3 is a view of the support frame according to the invention from behind.
The support frame according to the invention is essentially formed by a
On the
On the load side of the
The
Thus, instead of the load 10 (Fig. 1), another load such as e.g. a tent, mat, etc. be attached to the
It can be advantageous if at the lower edge of the
