Description
The invention relates to a backpack with two shoulder straps and two fins of a waist belt connected to its rear wall, according to the preamble of
Backpacks known from the prior art, however, often have the disadvantage that they rest on the back of the wearer with their back and, moreover, the backpack swings back and forth continuously from one side of the body to the other while walking.
The object of the invention is therefore to create a backpack whose carrier is not exposed to the disadvantages of backpack models known from the prior art.
The object is achieved by the features of
The backpack according to the invention comprises two shoulder straps and two fins of a hip belt connected to its rear wall. Each fin is connected to the hip belt fastener with a buckle. In addition, each closing belt has a separate belt tensioner. Each fin is also connected to the backpack via a position adjustment belt, the direction of travel of the position adjustment belt being deflected in the area of the fin. In addition, each position adjustment belt is connected to a locking belt via a guide eye.
The area of attachment of the position adjustment belt to the backpack is wider relative to the length of the backpack than the area of attachment of the position adjustment belt to the hip belt. This creates a three-point connection, with two points of the connection on the backpack attacking from each other, while the third point of the connection lies in the area of the fin of the hip belt. This provides additional stabilization of the backpack compared to the hip belt.
Furthermore, the position adjustment belt is subdivided into an upper flange and a lower flange, the upper flange and the lower flange being detached from one another for attachment to the backpack and approaching each other for connection to the position adjustment belt. In order to enable an optimal connection of the position adjustment belt to the backpack and at the same time to reduce the carrying weight of the backpack, the position adjustment belt is designed as an upper and lower flange. Depending on the size of the backpack, additional intermediate straps can also be used.
The backpack can be further developed in that at least one pad is attached to each of the fins and / or on the rear wall and / or on the shoulder straps. The padding of the fins, the back wall and the shoulder straps form a continuous contact surface. In addition, the padding attached to the rear wall has a groove which represents a ventilation channel and / or forms a groove for receiving the backbone of the wearer.
With the shoulder straps of the backpack, the wearer fixes his backpack in the shoulder area. In addition, the shoulder straps allow the backpack wearer to move their arms freely while the backpack is on their back.
The hip belt is to be understood as an additional fastening device for the backpack, which is arranged in the region of the hip of the wearer. In the subject of the patent application, the hip belt comprises two fins which are fastened to the backpack so that they can be pivoted against each other. With the help of the hip belt, the wearer can also fix his backpack in the area of his hips.
The fins are attached to the backpack with their front side facing away from the buckle of the hip belt and can be pivoted against each other. The fins can be attached to the backpack at a distance from each other, so that a ventilation channel is created between the opposite end faces on the back of the backpack.
Each fin of the waist belt is connected to a closing belt. Each fastening belt is fastened with its fixed end to a part of the common buckle of the waist belt. To close the hip belt buckle, the two parts of the buckle are locked together.
The length of the buckle straps is also adjustable and they fix the fins of the hip belt to the wearer's body. Snap fasteners are used to lock the hip belt lock together. However, other technical locking devices can also be used for the releasable positive or non-positive connection of the fins of the waist belt.
Washable materials that absorb sweat and are additionally breathable are used to manufacture the backpack according to the invention. Furthermore, the structure of the backpack must be sufficiently tear-proof and weatherproof.
The invention preferably provides a continuous support surface which is formed by the pads which are arranged on the fins of the hip belt, in the region of the back of the backpack and on the inside of the shoulder straps. To form the continuous support surface, the padding of the different areas (waist belt; back; shoulder straps) of the backpack are the same in their width and material thickness.
The advantage is that the backpack does not rest flat on the back of the wearer, but is indirectly and indirectly connected to the back of the wearer via the various pads. Different material thicknesses of cushions arranged next to each other would otherwise lead to pressure points on the body of the wearer and significantly impair the comfort of the backpack. Differences in width, material thickness and firmness of the cushioning material can lead to painful hardening of the muscles when the backpack is worn for a longer period.
The backpack only fits the wearer's body with the padded surfaces. The areas of the backpack that are not padded are therefore objected to by the wearer's body and serve as ventilation channels. The areas between the wearer's body and the backpack are better ventilated. The wearer does not sweat to the same extent even with long periods of wear, as in the case when the backpack lies flat on the body. Overall, the backpack according to the invention helps to reduce the weariness of the wearer even with long wearing times. Additional, previously affected parts of the body remain unaffected due to the higher comfort of the backpack.
Depending on the size and load of the backpack, upholstery modules can be replaced and replaced with replacement pads. However, it is important that the contact surfaces of the upholstery in the different areas of the backpack match in terms of their width, height and material thickness so that the continuous contact surface of the upholstery is retained.
The cushions can be arranged approximately axially in relation to the backpack length in the area of the back of the backpack. In addition to a parallel arrangement of at least two cushions in the area of the back, which serves to relieve the backbone of the wearer, the back cushions can also be arranged on the rear wall of the backpack, facing outwards. In this way, the ribs of the wearer can be relieved.
The free end of the closing belt is preferably passed through an eyelet of a belt tensioner and locked therein. Locking takes place by deflecting the loose end of the closing strap in the eyelet by 180 °. The belt tensioner is released by tilting the eyelet by approx. 40 ° in the running direction of the closing belt, which releases the clamping of the loose end in the eyelet. By tilting the belt tensioner, the loose end of the closing belt can be pulled back through the eyelet.
The invention understands the term position adjustment belt a connection between a fin of the waist belt and the backpack. The position adjustment belt is used to pull the backpack closer to the hip of the wearer and to fix it in this position. The position adjustment belt stabilizes the backpack in the area of the hips of the wearer and secures you against unwanted wiggling back and forth while running.
The advantage of the invention is that, on the one hand, the fit of the fins of the hip belt can be secured to the hips of the wearer by pulling on the loose ends of the fastening straps. At the same time, the position adjustment straps are pulled towards the buckle of the hip belt, which means that the backpack is pulled closer to the hips or buttocks of the wearer. Contrary to earlier rucksacks, the wearer of the rucksack can, on the one hand, adjust the fit of the waist belt on his hips by pulling on the loose ends of the fastening straps improve. On the other hand, the pull on the loose ends of the closing straps creates a closer connection between the two rear sides of the backpack and the waist of the wearer.
The position adjustment belt is attached at one end to the backpack and at the other end to the fin of the waist belt. The position adjustment belt is deflected against its direction of travel. A connection eyelet is provided for connection to the closing belt. An eyelet is provided for connecting the closing belt to the position adjusting belt. In the area of their attachment to the hip belt, the position adjustment belt is carried out through the eyelet in. Compared to the position adjustment belt, the closing belt is also passed through the eyelet. The eyelet thus represents a connecting link between the position adjusting belt and the closing belt. If the closing strap is pulled further through the eyelet with a pull, the eyelet simultaneously pulls the position adjustment strap towards the buckle of the waist strap. The eyelet can be a three-tier eyelet. Any other technical device is also conceivable, through which the closing belt can be pushed and which can be folded over and fixed against its direction of travel. A middle web can be firmly connected to the eyelet on both sides. On the other hand, the web can also be pivoted on its own side to the eyelet and bridge the guide eye through which the closing belt and the position adjusting belt are passed.
Depending on the size and weight of the backpack, the width and strength of the closing strap or the position adjustment strap can vary. With the belt tensioner, the two opposite fins of the waist belt can be adjusted and fixed to the respective hip circumference of the wearer. At the same time, the pull on the loose ends of the closing belt ensures better fixation of the outside of the backpack to the body of the wearer.
The better fit of the hip belt and the backpack on the body of the wearer prevents painful chafing of the backpack or the carrying straps on the body. The shoulder straps can also be extended or shortened and thus adapted to the circumference of the upper arms of the wearer.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, a stiffening element is attached to the rear wall. Another embodiment provides that the stiffening element comprises a carrier plate and a frame attached to the carrier plate.
The stiffening element comprises a carrier plate which is made of PE plastic. A frame made of spring steel is applied to the carrier plate. The frame can have the shape of a cloverleaf and can be convex or concave. The inclination of the frame can be directed in the direction of or against the direction of the back of the carrier. The stiffening element can be attached to the back of the backpack via Velcro fasteners. In addition, an insertion pocket can be provided for receiving the stiffening element.
The invention can also provide that the position adjustment straps are adjustable in length. The wearer can also optimize comfort by changing the length of the position adjustment straps to regulate the distance between the backpack and the hips depending on the difficulty of the distance covered. The wearer first adjusts the fit of the hip belt by pulling on the loose ends of the buckle. At the same time, he pulls the sides of the backpack closer to the hip belt using the position adjustment straps. The closing belt on each side holds the eyelet of the belt tensioner, which is also connected to the position adjustment belt on the relevant side.
In addition, the wearer now has the option of individually adjusting the length of the position adjustment straps depending on their needs and convenience.
It is also conceivable that the two attachment points on the backpack can be moved along the length of the backpack.
It can further be provided that the belt tensioner has an eyelet comprising three webs through which a loose end of the closing belt is passed.
The belt tensioner comprises an eyelet, which can have three webs. The loose end of the buckle is passed through the eyelet and deflected against the direction of the buckle. The deflected loose end of the closing belt is then locked by the third web of the eyelet. In order to release the lock by the belt tensioner and to release the loose end of the closing belt, the eyelet is tilted about 40 ° relative to the closing belt. In the present case, a three-tier eyelet is assumed as an example. However, the three-tier eyelet is only exemplary and in no way meant exclusively. Other technical devices can also be used which make releasable locking possible by clamping the closing belt.
In addition, it is preferred that the belt tensioner is arranged in the region of the loose end of the closing belt. In another embodiment of the invention, the belt tensioner is preferably arranged in the area of the closure of the waist belt on the closure belt.
In addition, the invention preferably provides that the at least one cushion each arranged on the fins, the rear wall and the shoulder straps has the same width and / or height.
The invention ensures increased comfort. A uniform support surface is created in terms of height and width. Pressure points on the body of the wearer are avoided as well as overloading the body in certain areas. The support of the backpack on the body of the wearer is deliberately limited to particularly padded areas, which increases comfort.
A further embodiment of the invention provides that the channel formed on the rear wall of the backpack is formed by pads that run parallel to one another.
The invention preferably provides that a channel is created in the area of the back of the backpack, in which the backbone of the wearer is protected from contact with contents of the backpack. In addition, one serves to protect the backbone in the event of falls in the field. In addition, the groove formed on the rear wall of the backpack can be formed by a depression which is introduced into the at least one cushion.
According to a development of the invention, the upholstery has ventilation grooves which run at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the upholstery body.
Ventilation grooves are preferably provided at an angle to the cushion bodies. These ventilation grooves can be introduced between individual upholstery bodies or in the upholstery body itself. They are used to remove sweat or rainwater to the outside and away from the body. This allows the wet body to dry faster and thus prevents the wearer from catching a cold.
Ventilation channels preferably run between the pads of the hip belt and / or the pads attached to the rear wall and / or the pads of the shoulder straps. Farther it is preferably provided that the cushions of the hip belt and / or the cushions of the rear wall and / or the cushions of the shoulder straps abut each other in the transition area.
The weight of the backpack should be distributed as evenly as possible over the body of the wearer. For this purpose, the continuous contact surfaces of the pads of the hip belt, the rear wall and the shoulder straps are provided. The ventilation channels should run perpendicularly and transversely to the upholstery surfaces in order to enable improved air circulation. Between the individual areas (hip belt; back; shoulder straps), the pads abut each other on the front. The cushions are therefore flattened on the end faces, so that damage to the cushions when tilting in the opposite direction is excluded.
