Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß jede Abdeckungsseite mit der Watteschicht vernadelt ist und daß die Vernadelungen beider Abdeckungsseiten in Pfeifenanordnung zueinander versetzt sind. Anders ausgedrückt ist bei diesem Wattevlies jeweils nur eine Abdeckungsseite längs einer Linien mit der Watteschicht vernadelt, wobei abwechselnd die eine oder die andere Abdeckungsseite vernadelt ist. Die Vernadelung jeder Abdeckungsseite kann die Watteschicht vollständig durchdringen, so daß eine lokale Auflösung der Watteschicht nicht zu befürchten ist. Der Abstand benachbarter Vernadelungslinien jeder Abdeckungsseite kann etwa 20 cm betragen. Wattevlies als Polsterwatte, Füllvlies oder dgl. insbesondere für Sitzmöbel und Matratzen, mit beidseitiger Abdeckung aus einem textilen Flächengebilde, insbesondere Vlies, Gewebe oder Gewirke, die linienweise mit der Watteschicht verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Abdeckungsseite (2,3) mit der Watteschicht (1) vernadelt ist und daß die Vernadelungen (4) beider Abdeckungsseiten (2,3) in Pfeifenanordnung zueinander versetzt sind.1.
