Claims (14)

  1. Zusammenklappbarer und anhebbarer Rollstuhl, aus einem Chassis (1), das mit Rollorganen versehen ist und aus zwei parallelen, vertikalen Rahmen (3) besteht, die durch gelenkig befestigte Schwingarme (4), (5) mit einem horizontalen, unteren Schenkel (6) verbunden sind, wobei das besagte Chassis durch Annäherung der Rahmen an den Schenkel (6) zusammenklappbar ist, und der besagte Rollstuhl eine Hebestruktur aufweist, die aus zwei beweglichen Parallelogrammen besteht, zwischen denen ein Sitz angebracht ist, und die besagten beweglichen Parallelogramme durch ein Antriebsorgan von einer im wesentlichen horizontalen, sogenannten sitzenden Position in eine im wesentlichen vertikale, sogenannte stehende Position bewegt werden können, wobei der Schenkel (6) der Schenkel eines axialen, medianen Zirkels ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Zirkel in einer medianen, vertikalen Ebene angeordnet ist, die parallel zu den vertikalen Ebenen ist, in denen die Rahmen des Chassis liegen, und außerdem einen Schenkel (22) aufweist, der an dem Schenkel (6) gelenkig befestigt ist, wobei das Antriebsorgan zwischen den besagten Schenkeln (6, 22) angeordnet ist, und der besagte Schenkel (22) an seinem oberen Ende an einer Traverse (16) gelenkig befestigt ist, die in der Mitte zusammenklappbar ist und einen Riegel (21) aufweist, der die Zusammenklappung oder, im geöffneten Zustand, die Feststellung der Hebestruktur und des Rollchassis steuert.
  2. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsorgan ein ausfahrbares oder einfahrbares Organ (28) ist, das zwischen dem festen Schenkel (6) und dem beweglichen Schenkel (22) des Zirkels angeordnet ist.
  3. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traverse (16) aus zwei Abschnitten (16), (17) besteht, die an einer Platte (19) gelenkig befestigt sind, wobei die besagte Platte (19) mit einem Riegel (21) zur Aufrechterhaltung der Ausrichtung der Abschnitte (16), (17), und mit einem unteren Bügel zur gelenkigen Befestigung des beweglichen, oberen Schenkels (22) des Zirkels versehen ist.
  4. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebestruktur (2) mit einem gelenkig befestigten, beweglichen Fußhaltesystem (34), (35) kombiniert ist, das sich bei der Anhebung bis zum Kontakt mit dem Boden absenkt.
  5. Rollstuhl gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fußhaltesystem mit einem kippbaren Teil (36) verbunden ist, das durch eine mit dem entsprechenden beweglichen Parallelogramm verbundene Pleuelstange (38) gesteuert wird.
  6. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kippamplitude des Teils (36) einstellbar ist.
  7. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattform (34) des einen Fußhalters mit Einem einstellbaren Anschlag (39) für die Auflage auf dem Boden versehen ist.
  8. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (35) jeder Plattform (34) drehbar und abnehmbar auf dem Teil (36) angebracht ist.
  9. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattformen (34) mit Mitteln versehen sind, über die sie miteinander fest verbunden werden können.
  10. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Angriffspunkt des Schubs der Gasfeder (24) an dem festen Schenkel (6) des mittleren Zirkels einstellbar ist.
  11. Rollstuhl gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasfeder (24) über eine Nocke mit dem Schenkel (6) des mittleren Zirkels verbunden ist, wobei diese besagte Nocke an dem besagten Schenkel (6) gelenkig befestigt ist, und je nach dem Gewicht des Benutzers durch einen in einer der Öffnungen (27) des Schenkels (6) angebrachten Stift in einer bestimmten Position festgestellt wird.
  12. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Rahmen (3) des Chassis mit einem einschiebbaren Hebel (29) versehen ist.
  13. Rollstuhl gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der zwei Hebel auf einem gelenkig befestigten Teil angebracht ist, und daß er über eine Verbindung die Öffnung der Klappe der Gasfeder steuert.
  14. Rollstuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, mit einer Lehne, die zwischen zwei Holmen (13) angebracht ist, von denen jeder mit einer Armstütze (14) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armstütze (14) über ein Gelenk an dem Holm (13) angebracht ist, und hinter ihrem Gelenkpunkt über ein Kettchen (15) entweder mit der Verlängerung des Holms (7), oder mit der Verlängerung des Holms (9) verbunden ist, so daß die Armstütze (14) bei der Anhebung entweder geneigt wird, oder in der zu der Lehne senkrechten Position gehalten wird.
