Formzylinder für ausgesparte InlineLackierung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine sind an Klemmeinrichtungen (5; 6) Paßeinrichtungen vorgesehen, die jeweils zwei axialen Abstand aufweisende, radial gerichtete und unter der Zylindermantelfläche liegende Registerbolzen (12; 13) aufweisen, mit denen je zwei in den zugeordneten Gummituchenden vorgesehene Ausnehmungen genau passend zusammenwirken. Die Klemmeinrichtung (5) für das vordere Gummituchende ist mittels zugeordneter Markierungen am vorderen Gummituchende und einer zugeordneten Markierung auf dem Gummituch- bzw. Formzylinder in einer Nullage fixierbar. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum paßgerechten Ausrichten eines Gummituches auf einem Gummituch- bzw. Formzylinder für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for aligning a blanket on a blanket or forme cylinder for recessed inline coating in a rotary printing press according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Eine der bekanntesten Ausführungen zum Spannen eines Gummituches sieht vor, beide Enden desselben mit Klemmeinrichtungen zu versehen, die in Nuten zweier Spannspindeln eingreifen. Das Spannen des Gummituches erfolgt dabei durch Verdrehen der Spannspindeln über Schneckentrieb mittels Drehmomentschlüssel. Die Befestigung der Gummituchenden mit den Klemmeinrichtungen erfolgt, indem das Gummituch zwischen Klemmleisten verschraubt wird. Die Klemmleisten werden in den Nuten der Spannwellen durch Formverbindung gehalten. Für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung, z.B. für lackfreie Klebelaschen, wird vorzugsweise bei der direkten Lackiermethode ein Offset-Gummituch benötigt, bei dem an den nicht zu lackierenden Stellen die oberste Gummituchschicht entfernt worden ist. Ein so präpariertes Tuch kann auch bei der indirekten Lackiermethode eingesetzt werden, wenn ein Plattenzylinder vollflächig mit Dispersionslack auf wässriger Basis eingewalzt wird. Bei genauen Arbeiten wird die Lage der nicht zu lackierenden, d.h. auszuschneidenden Partien des zum Lackieren eingesetzten Gummituches so hergestellt, daß ein Farbabklatsch der die Anhaltslinien liefernden Farbform übertragen durch den Bedruckstoff, durch Abdruck auf das trockene Lacktuch aufgebracht wird. Das Ausschneiden der entsprechenden Stelle in der Maschine ist zeitaufwendig und verlängert die Rüstzeit. Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß durch die geschaffene Orientierungshilfe das paßgerechte Ausrichten eines Gummituches für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung auf einem Gummituch- bzw. Formzylinder ohne Umfangs- und Seitenregister wesentlich erleichtert wird. Zum Erhalten einer paßgerechten Lackierung erübrigt sich praktisch das aufwendige Justieren, obwohl das System ein Ausrichten weiterhin zuläßt. Dadurch sind Korrekturen sowohl in Umfangsrichtung als auch in axialer Richtung möglich, z.B. wenn das Gummituch nach einer größeren Zahl von Lackierungen nachgespannt werden muß bzw. zum Ausgleich aufgetretener Paßungenauigkeiten nachjustiert werden muß, um die exakte Lage der zu lackierenden Stellen zur Farbform herzustellen.The advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, that the alignment aid created makes it much easier to align a rubber blanket for recessed inline painting on a rubber blanket or forme cylinder without circumferential and side registers. Die Registerbolzen 13 sind in tangentialer Richtung beidseitig abgeflacht. Dadurch können Auswölbungen im Gummituch beim festen Einspannen außerhalb der Druckmaschine an beiden Gummituchenden 7, 8 ausgeglichen werden. Gleichzeitig ist die Stellung der Gummituchenden 7, 8 zu den Klemmeinrichtungen 5, 6 genau festgelegt. Zur Beobachtung der Anlage der Registerbolzen 12, 13 und Ausnehmungen 14, 15 sind in den Klemmeinrichtungen 5, 6 Ausschnitte 28 in der oberen Klemmleiste vorgesehen. Danach wird ein Farbabklatsch der die Anhaltslinien für die ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung liefernden Farbform, übertragen durch den Bedruckstoff, durch Abdruck auf das tockene Lacktuch aufgebracht. Außerdem werden am vorderen Gummituchende 7 die Markierungen 24 angebracht, die mit den Markierungen am Gummituch- bzw. Formzylinder 2 übereinstimmen. Zum Ausschneiden der nicht zu lackierenden Stellen wird das Gummituch 26 mit den Klemmeinrichtungen 5, 6 aus der Druckmaschine herausgenommen, danach wieder eingesetzt und erneut gespannt. Dabei ist sofort eine richtige Justierung gegeben, wenn die Markierungen 24 des Gummituches 26 am vorderen Gummituchende 7 mit den zugeordneten Markierungen auf dem Formzylinder 2 in Ubereinstimmung gebracht wurden und ggf. eine Probelackierung erfolgt ist. Sollten Paßungenauigkeiten auftreten oder nach einer größeren Anzahl von Lakkierungen ein Nachspannen des Gummituches 26 erforderlich sein, kann dies in axialer Richtung mittels, der Stelleinrichtungen 16 gemäß Fig. 5 bzw. Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zum paßgerechten Ausrichten eines Gummituches auf einem Gummituch- bzw. Formzylinder für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit in einer achsparallelen Grube des Formzylinders vorgesehenen Spannspindeln, die Klemmeinrichtungen für die Gummituchenden aufweisen und unabhängig voneinander zum tangentialen Ziehen des Gummituches über die Zylinderoberfläche mittels Verstelltrieb verdrehbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an jeder Klemmeinrichtung (5; 6) Paßeinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die jeweils zwei axialen Abstand aufweisende, radial gerichtete und unter der Zylindermantelfläche liegende Registerbolzen (12; 13) aufweisen, mit denen je zwei in den zugeordneten Gummituchenden (7; 8) vorgesehene Ausnehmungen mit rechteckiger Form (14) oder mit halbkreisförmiger Rundung (15) genau passend zusammenwirken und die Klemmeinrichtung (5) für das vordere Gummituchende (7) mittels zugeordneter Markierungen (24) am vorderen Gummituchende (7) und einer zugeordneten Markierung auf dem Gummituch- bzw. Formzylinder (2) in einer Nullage fixierbar ist, sowie beide Klemmeinrichtungen (5; 6) mit den verdrehbaren Spannspindeln (3; 4) mittels Stelleinrichtungen (16, Fig. 5) axial verschiebbar im Formzylinder (2) angeordnet sind.
