Dabei ist es notwendig, daß Matrize und Stempel exakt geführt werden, d.h., daß beispielsweise nur eine Gesamtabweichung der Stempel zur Matrize von wenigen µm zulässig sind. Diese Abweichung entsteht durch zusammenge­setzte Toleranzen der Werkzeugteile, dem Führungsspiel der Führungen unter Belastung und auftretenden Verbiegungen im Werkzeug beim Arbeitsvorgang (Schnitt- oder Stanzvorgang). Die Rückstel­lung der Hebel 27 bzw. 28 an dem Nocken 30 kann durch Kraft­speicher 32 unterstützt werden. Ebenso ist es möglich, die Rückbewegung des Matrizenblocks 15 bzw. Druckblocks 17 in Richtung x bzw y durch zusätzliche Druckorgane zu unter­stützen. Vorrichtung zum spanlosen Bearbeiten von elektronischen, elektromechanischen oder mechanischen Bauteilen, insbe­sondere zum Bearbeiten von beim Herstellen von Halblei­terbauelementen vorhandenen Verbindungsstegen zwischen Anschlußfahnen, mittels eines Matrizenblockes und mit dem Matrizenblock zusammenwirkenden Stempeln,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sowohl der Matrizenblock (15) wie auch die Stempel und/oder deren Stempelführung (16), welche Werkzeuge darstellen, auf einer gemeinsamen Bezugsebene eines Re­ferenzblocks (5) in Richtung x bzw y bewegbar angeordnet sind.
