Abstract

A differential cascode voltage switch (DCVS) logic cir­ cuit in which different DCVS logic blocks (18, 40, 42) are connected in parallel to the output lines (14,16). Selection transistors (44, 46, 48) connected to each logic block (18, 40, 42) complete the conductivity path to ground. Only one se­ lection transistor (44, 46, 48) is selected at a time to thereby select the associated logic blocks (18, 40, 42). The circuit can be improved by merging portions of the different logic blocks (18, 40, 42) which are identically connected to the output lines (14, 16).
