Abstract

Die Befestigung dieser aus Metall gebogenen Haken auf dem federnden Blechteil erfolgt durch Punktschweißung, so daß durch die große Anzahl von zu verbindenden Teilen die Klammer sehr teuer in der Herstellung ist. Zum anderen ist die Haltekraft der Klammer auf dem Schleppband je nach Breite des von den Haken gebildeten Kanals für das Schleppband und die dadurch erzwungene elastische Querdurchbiegung des Schleppbandes bestimmt, so daß die Steifigkeit des Schleppbandes für die Schleppkraft ausschlaggebend ist. Diese darf jedoch wegen der Umlenkung über die Bandrollen und der zum Ansetzen der Klammern am Schleppband erforderlichen Flexibilität nicht zu groß sein.Such a transport device is such. Die erfindungsgemäße Klammer ist zweifellos sehr kostengünstig herstellbar, da sie z. Auch eine einteilige Herstellung der Klammer ist ohne weiteres möglich. Zum anderen wird durch die Befestigung am Schleppband mittels des Eintauchens des Schleppbandes in die Aussparung in der Klammer erreicht, daß die Kraftübertragung zwischen dem Schleppband und der Klammer nicht nur an den Seitenkanten des Schleppbandes erfolgt, sondern auch auf Vorder- und Rückseite des Bandes. Dies geschieht einmal durch Anlage an der Klammer, zum anderen durch Anlage der Vorsprünge der Klammer an der anderen Seite des Schleppbandes, wobei starker Andruck und damit hohe Reibungskräfte entstehen, ohne daß dabei die Flächenpressung die Schleppbandkanten schädigende Größen erreicht.The clip according to the invention is undoubtedly very inexpensive to manufacture, since z. Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von bandförmigem Material, insbesondere Fotopapier, durch eine Behandlungsmaschine mittels eines durch die Maschine geführten Schleppbandes, an dem der Anfang des Materialbandes mittels einer Klammer befestigbar ist, wobei die Klammer den Schleppbandrand seitlich umgreifende Mittel zur lösbaren Befestigung auf dem elastischen Schleppband unter Querverformung und einen über das Schleppband seitlich hinausragenden Arm zur Befestigung des Materialbandes aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur lösbaren Befestigung auf dem Schleppband als Aussparung (lc) in der Klammer ausgebildet sind, die in Länge und Breite etwa der Breite des Schleppbandes (2) entspricht und in welche Aussparung (1c) quer zur Längsrichtung des Schleppbandes (2) in der befestigten Stellung die Schleppbandränder übergreifende Vorsprünge (1d) ragen.1.
