Abstract

Mounting for an electric light with bayonet socket. The mounting for an electric light bulb bayonet socket is stamped from a sheet metal plate or from a sheet metal band. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Fassung mit den Merkmalen des Gattungsbegriffes zu schaffen, bei dem weder die Länge der Führungslappen noch der Kreisbogen, auf dem die Führungslappen den Glühlampensockel umfassen, durch die Größe der Öffnung für den Durchtritt des Glühlampensockels begrenzt ist. Dabei soll jedoch beibehalten werden, daß der Randbereich der den Glühlampensockel aufnehmenden Öffnung ringförmig in sich geschlossen ist. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß mindestens einer der Führungslappen aus einem außerhalb der Öffnung für den Durchtritt des Glühlampensockels liegenden Bereich der Platine ausgeschnitten, um eine erste, tangential oder koaxial zu der Öffnung verlaufende und um eine zweite, senkrecht zu der ersten und in derselben Ebene verlaufende Biegelinie jeweils zumindest in etwa rechtwinklig ausgebogen ist und der um zwei Biegelinien ausgebogene Endabschnitt als Teil eines den Glühlampensockel teilweise umfassenden, kreisbogenförmigen Zylindermantels geformt ist, dessen Achse parallel zu der zweiten Biegelinie verläuft. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn sich der federnde Arm zwischen dem das Verrastungselement aufweisenden Abschnitt des Führungslappens und dem Glühlampensockel erstreckt. Durch diese Ausführungsform ist gewährleistet, daß sich bei eingesetzter Glühlampe die Verrastung zwischen Lampensockel und deren Aufnahmeteil nicht lösen kann, da sich der federnde Arm am Glühlampensockel abstützt. Um der Fassung einen klapperfreien Sitz zu geben, ist es weiterhin vorteilhaft, aus dem die Öffnung zur Aufnahme der Glühlampe umgebenden Bereich der Platine Arme freizuschneiden und auszubiegen, die im montierten Zustand der Fassung unter Vorspannung an dem Aufnahmeteil der Fassung aufliegen.In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the guide tabs in the area between the two bending lines have a latching element for fixing the socket in its receiving part. Eine solche Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, daß die Glühlampen nur in einer bestimmten Drehlage eingesetzt werden können. Die federnden Arme 21 des Aufnahmeteils greifen von der Seite der Glühlampe her in die Öffnung 19 der Führungslappen ein, so daß sie zwischen den Führungslappen 2, 3 und dem Glühlampensockel 28 verlaufen. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß sich die Verrastung zwischen den federnden Armen 21 und den Führungslappen 2, 3 nicht lösen kann, da die Arme 21 sich mit ihrer Rückseite gegen den Glühlampenkolben abstützen. Der untere Rand 30 des die Verrastungsöffnung 19 aufnehmenden Bereichs der Führungslappen 2, 3 ist nach außen ausgestellt und bildet somit eine Auflaufschräge, an der der Kopf 20 beim Aufschieben der Fassung zum Verrasten entlanggleitet und somit den federnden Arm 21 ausbiegt. Claims

Holder for an electrical incandescent lamp with a bayonet cap, produced from a sheet blank, into which an opening (1) has been introduced for inserting the incandescent lamp cap (28) and from which two guide tabs (2,3), which have the insert openings for the cap pins (27) projecting radially from the incandescent lamp cap (28) and embrace, on part of its lateral surface, the end section of the incandescent lamp cap (28) projecting through the opening (1), are cut free, bent out and integrally formed, characterised in that at least one of the guide tabs (2,3) is cut out from a region of the blank situated outside the opening (1) for the passage of the incandescent lamp cap (28), and is bent out at least approximately at right angles in each case about a first bending line (7) extending tangentially to or coaxially with the opening (1) and about a second bending line (6) extending perpendicularly to the first and in the same plane, and the end section bent out about two bending lines (6,7) is formed as part of a lateral cylinder surface in the shape of a circular arc, which partially embraces the incandescent lamp cap (28) and whose axis (8) extends parallel to the second bending line (6).
Holder according to Claim 1, characterised in that in the region between the two bending lines (6,7) the guide tabs (2,3) have a locating element for fixing the holder.
Holder according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that in the region situated between the two bending lines (6,7) at least one guide tab (2,3) changes into an electrical contact tongue (25).
Holder according to Claim 2, characterised in that in order to fix the holder in its receptacle (10) produced from plastic the guide tab section between the two bending lines (6,7) has an opening (19) or projecting edge, which is engaged from behind by the head (20) of a resilient arm (21) of the plastic receptacle (10).
Holder according to Claim 4, characterised in that the resilient arm (21) extends between the section of the guide tab (2,3) having the locating element and the incandescent lamp cap (28).
Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that arms (23), which rest under prestressing on the receptor part (10) in the installed state of the holder, are cut free and bent outwards from the region of the blank surrounding the opening (1) for receiving the incandescent lamp.
Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the bayonet slots (4,5) receiving the cap pins (27) of the incandescent lamp are closed at the rear in the direction of insertion.
Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the bayonet slots (4,5) are open towards the edge (14) of the guide tabs (2,3) adjacent to the opening (1), and a notch (15,16) in the edge of the opening (18) is located opposite the slot opening.
Holder according to the Claim 8, characterised in that a notch (15,16) covers such a large arc of the circumference of the opening that the opening of the slots (4,5) can assume different positions.

Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a tongue (26), which engages like a claw with the edge of the opening (1), is integrally formed on the edge (14) of the guide tabs (2,3) adjacent to the opening (1).
Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the edge of the opening (18) is drawn in in the direction of insertion of the incandescent lamp.
Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that centring holes (11) are introduced into the flat edge (9) of the opening (1).
