Lamp socket contact (10) for the contact pin (14) of a lamp base (29), with a first contact part comprising at least one resilient contact arm (12, 12') projecting into a socket-end base pin orifice (30) with a clamping point (13) for positively contacting the base contact pin (14), and with a second contact part for connecting at least one conductor (19) without screws, which second contact part has at least one integrally formed, backwardly bent resilient lug (18) on the side of the contact arm (12') remote from the clamping point (13) constituting a constituent part of the screwless conductor connection point, characterised in that the resilient lug (18) is disposed next to the clamping point as well as laterally adjacent to a contact arm (12') so that the side face (21) of the contact arm (12') forms a guide for the conductor (19) to be inserted.
  2. Lamp socket contact as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that another guide for the conductor (19) to be inserted is formed by a contact portion (15) or a wall portion of the contact compartment (31) in the socket housing (24) lying opposite the side face (21) of the contact arm (12').
  3. Lamp socket contact as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the second contact part for connecting two conductors (19) comprises two resilient lugs (18) which are respectively disposed at the side of a contact arm (12').
  4. Lamp socket contact as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that the two resilient lugs (18) of the second contact part are disposed adjacent to one another, extending parallel at a slight distance apart, and are integrally formed from the same contact portion as that of one of the two contact arms (12').
  5. Lamp socket with a lamp socket contact as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that, in order to restrict the insertion path for the conductor (19) to be inserted, the conductor insertion passage (25) in the socket body (24) forms a stop (26) for the stripped end of the conductor insulating sleeve (27).
