Claims (9)

1. Récipient 2 en forme de boite, réalisé à partir d'une pièce prédécoupée 1 d'un seul tenant en matériau élastique, muni de parois latérales et frontales (4-7), pliables vers l'intérieur par l'intermédiaire d'une pellicule ou bande formant charnière, un fond pliable (3) et deux ouvertures de poignée (29), deux parois opposées étant munies d'un pliage en forme de toit s'étendant depuis le fond (3) avec un dispositif d'arrêt ou de blocage (28), caractérisé en ce que le pliage en forme de toit (22) englobant l'ouverture pour poignée 29 avec un élément de poignée 28 constituant le dispositif de blocage, est prévu sur les parois frontales 4 et 5 et en ce que les parois latérales 6 et 7 présentent pour le moins dans la zone marginale des recouvrements (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13).
2. Récipient en forme de boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce prédécoupée 1 est de section sensiblement carrée, la hauteur de paroi frontale 24 mesurant au maximum la moitié (25) de la largeur du fond et le recouvrement de paroi latérale 26 à partir de la pièce prédécoupée de paroi frontale mesurant au maximum la moitié (27) de la longueur du fond.
3. Récipient en forme de boîte selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface restante (10, 11, 12, 13) de la pièce prédécoupée de paroi latérale est séparée de la paroi latérale (6, 7) par une pellicule ou bande formant charnière (17), et en ce que cette surface restante (10, 11, 12, 13) recouvre le recouvrement de paroi latérale (8, 9).
4. Récipient en forme de boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de poignée (28) est muni d'une surface d'appui (34) s'étendant au-dessus du pli 22, sur laquelle sont formées des crochets d'arrêt 36 pour blocage en position de la paroi frontale.
5. Récipient en forme de boîte selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les crochets d'arrêt (36) sont formés latéralement et coopèrent avec des évidements (37) dans la paroi frontale (4, 5).
6. Récipient en forme de boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que sur le fond (3) est agencé respectivement au niveau de l'extrémité frontale au moins un.élément de fermeture ou de fixation en position (38, 39).
7. Récipient en forme de boîte selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fermeture (38, 39) consistent en un matériau antidérapant.
8. Récipient en forme de boîte selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus deux paires d'éléments de fermeture (38, 39) sont prévus.
9. Récipient en forme de boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce prédécoupée 1 consiste en un profilé extrudé à alvéoles creuses en polypropylène extrudé.
