As mentioned above, such separation is primarily intended to occur during assembly of the vehicle after painting has been completed. Claims (5)

1. Charnière comprenant un premier volet (1) comportant un axe de chamière (4) et un second volet (5) comportant un bossage d'axe de charnière comprenant un alésage (7) pour recevoir l'axe de charnière et permettre le pivotement relatif des volets, l'alésage (7) s'ouvrant par une portion d'extrémité (8) de section transversale différente du reste de l'alésage, et l'axe de charnière (4) portant une portion de tête (4b) reliée au reste de l'axe par une portion de collet (4c), la portion de tête étant de section transversale sensiblement identique à la portion d'extrémité de l'alésage de façon à pouvoir le traverser dans une orientation prédéterminée des volets pour permettre l'assemblage et la séparation des volets de charnière uniquement dans cette orientation relative, la portion de collet étant librement rotative dans la portion d'extrémité de l'alésage et la portion de collet (4c) étant cylindrique avec un diamètre inférieur à celui du reste de l'axe de charnière, caractérisée en ce que la portion de tête (4b) présente une largeur dans un plan à travers l'axe géométrique de l'axe mécanique de la charnière sensiblement égale au diamètre de l'axe de chamière et une largeur dans un second plan à travers cet axe à angle droit par rapport au premier plan égale au diamètre de la portion de collet.
2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'alésage (7) est prévu dans un bossage (6) sur le second volet (5) et en ce que la portion d'extrémité de l'alésage comprend une fente (8) découpée diamétralement à travers l'alésage pour couper l'extrémité borgne du reste de l'alésage.
3. Charnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le bossage de charnière (6) est muni d'une protubérance (6a) et le premier volet de charnière (1) est muni d'un épaulement (1c) pouvant coopérer avec la protubérance pour définir une butée afin de limiter le mouvement de rotation relatif entre les premier et second volets de charnière.
4. Charnière selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une douille (9) est située à l'intérieur de l'alésage (7).
5. Charnière selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de charnière (4) est situé dans un alésage formé dans le premier volet (1), l'axe de charnière comportant une portion moletée (4a) et étant fixé par l'alésage par interférence entre la portion moletée et l'alésage.
