Claims (6)
- Dispositif de commande pour machines hydrauliques de travail, comprenant une pompe (10) dont le piston de réglage (23, 24) sollicité par la pression par son organe de réglage (22) est susceptible d'être commandé par le distributeur (27) actionné électriquement, et commande le fluide sous pression par un distributeur (13, 56) actionné électriquement, jusqu'à au moins un consommateur (20, 55), et par suite non seulement le distributeur (13, 56) mais aussi le distributeur actionné électriquement (27) est susceptible d'être commandé à partir de l'un au moins des capteurs de consigne (32, 57) actionné électriquement depuis un levier (32', 57'), caractérisé en ce que dans le conduit (39) allant du capteur de consigne (32, 57) jusqu'à l'électro-aimant (28) du distributeur (27), un point d'addition (50) est prévu et reçoit un signal qui effectue en sorte que le réglage de la pompe (10) possède une marche à peu près constante par rapport au réglage de l'électrovanne (13, 56).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que non seulement le distributeur (13, 56) mais aussi le distributeur (27) sont des distributeurs à action proportionnelle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lors de la mise en action d'un capteur de consigne (32, 57) électrique, un signal est envoyé au distributeur (27) associé à la conduite de la pompe, signal qui est de très peu supérieur à celui qui correspond à la conduite des distributeurs (13, 56).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir du moteur à combustion interne (48) entraînant la pompe (10), un signal de vitesse de rotation est amené à un diviseur (52) électronique qui intervient dans le cycle de commande du distributeur (27).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs consommateurs (20, 55) sont alimentés depuis la pompe (10), par un distributeur (13, 56) à commande électrique associé à chacun d'eux.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans les circuits allant du capteur de consigne (32, 57) aux électro-aimants (28, 14, 15) des distributeurs (27, 13, 56), des limiteurs électriques (65, 66) sont prévus pour réduire les signaux de valeur de consigne, et les limiteurs (65, 66) sont en relation avec un bloc de commande (62) électronique auquel le signal de charge PDM de la machine d'entraînement (48) de la pompe (10), et une valeur de consigne PSOLL de charge maximale pour la machine d'entraînement (48) sont mises en mémoire.
