Abstract
Description
Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Ausbrechen des Ansatzes und des Mauerwerkes in liegenden Rohrzylindern insbesondere in DrehrohröfenMethod and device for breaking out the approach and the masonry in horizontal tube cylinders, especially in rotary kilns
The invention relates to a method for completely or partially breaking out the approach and the masonry in lying tube cylinders rotating about their longitudinal axis, in particular in rotary kilns of the cement industry, and a device for carrying out the method.
The first group of processes includes the chemical methods for removing the crusts and deposits. However, these are usually unsuitable for removing the masonry in rotary kilns. The second group of processes comprises the mechanical methods in which rinsing, shaking, blowing, beating, knocking, turning or scratching with and without a drive and with a wide variety of devices, the neck and masonry are broken out in rotary kilns and then removed. For example, DD-PS 64 844 shows the principle of a mechanical cleaning device that is also operated with ultrasonic vibrations. The DE-OS 271 164 discloses a guided, driven drilling 'rod, which is provided with cutting or scratching means. All, including the other solutions known from the specialist literature, have defects; on the one hand, the complexity of the construction of the method and the device, the high total costs, a relatively complicated handling technique, furthermore its sensitivity to heat, its susceptibility to malfunction and a high maintenance effort, with only manual Applicable devices come with the heaviest physical work and a very high risk of accidents
The invention has for its object to provide a method for completely or partially breaking out the approach and the masonry in lying tube cylinders rotating about their longitudinal axis, in particular in rotary kilns of the cement industry, and a device for carrying out the method, which is a continuous, continuous or partial breaking out of the tubular cylinder without its previous cooling, with controllable depth and length of excavation and speed of advance guaranteed, the device having a geometric shape that ensures a breakout of the approach by itself or together with the masonry and passes through the tubular cylinder at a controllable rate of advance.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that, taking advantage of the rotary movement of the tubular cylinder with a demolition roller inserted into the furnace, approach and masonry are subjected to continuous wear and tear under impact, impact and tear forces, and the vaulted structure collapses by shaking or breaking out of small partial areas The longitudinal axis of the demolition roller receives an inclined position with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tube cylinder when the tube cylinder is rotated, and the demolition roller is given a longitudinal movement counter to the furnace inclination, with the approach being partially and continuously processed separately except for the masonry and also when necessary is, only the masonry is broken out. It is an embodiment of the invention that the outbreak speed by a cable pull, which with the Ab break roller is connected, is delayed or stopped and the longitudinal movement of the demolition roller in the tubular cylinder is reversed. In a further embodiment of the invention it is advantageous that the demolition roller is designed in a conical shape and has a central guide rod and which is arranged at its reinforced end a stabilizing disc and is compact or structured, the demolition roller being provided with breakout teeth of different shape and position , has at least one toothed disc, which is designed in a square shape and is arranged outside the center of gravity of the demolition roller in the direction of the winch on the central guide rod. On the circumference of the toothed disk, the breakout teeth are provided with their tips running through a circular path, the one in which the demolition roller is designed in a non-conical shape, the central axis of which deviates from the longitudinal central axis of the tubular cylinder during the movement phase and the toothed disk has tooth pairs in which Pairs of teeth have the same size o It is advantageous that four cut-out teeth have the same size. It fulfills the invention if the tooth tips each form four identical break-out teeth and the rolling teeth form a square, the squares formed from the tooth tips being offset from one another such that an uneven octagon is formed. According to a further embodiment, it is advantageous that the wedge-shaped breakout teeth are arranged in the arrangement of at least two toothed disks in their majority with the cutting width of the wedge perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the demolition roller and the demolition teeth on the toothed disks during the movement of the demolition roller in the rotary kiln perpendicular to the Inside of the rotary kiln. both in relation to the transverse axis and to the longitudinal axis are arranged impinging. The stabilizing disc is arranged on the side of the demolition roller facing the wine and its size and its radial adjustment range are adapted to the diameter of the sheathing figure of the demolition roller, and have radial adjustment elements that are evenly distributed over their circumference. In one embodiment of the invention, the radial adjustment elements are provided with contact elements in their fully extended position, with more than eight adjustment elements being arranged in the radial direction on the stabilizing disk and the axial distance of the stabilizing disk from the toothed disk being greater than the grid of a stone or its multiple arranged. It is an advantage of the invention that a demolition roller which is adapted to the geometric conditions and the structural environment of the respective rotary kiln and is introduced into the furnace is inevitably moved when the furnace is rotated. As a result of an appropriate weight and expanded interchangeable demolition tools, the approach and masonry are worn down by impact, impact and tear forces and subsequently erupt. Depending on the specific application, the demolition roller can be designed to be compact, structured or hollow as well as variable and changeable in terms of mass, size, type and number of demolition tools, in the material and in the selected cross-section.
Regardless of the possible differences, the demolition roller has a conical wrapping figure, which gives it a movement drive towards its tip end when turning. At the rear end, it is connected to a winch standing outside the furnace via a rope swivel. In the functional unit with this winch and the conical body shape, the demolition roller performs longitudinal and rolling movements. This also includes the process Conditional longitudinal inclinations of the rotary kiln overcome. With the winch it is possible to brake, decelerate or even reverse the longitudinal movement depending on the working step. This allows the demolition roller to run the entire inner surface of the tubular cylinder using the furnace drive. The cross-sectional shape of the roller influences the working effect and the movement behavior. An advantageous angular roller cross section creates rhythmic impacts when turning, which significantly increases the force.
In addition, the roller can move out of the lower trough position in the tubular cylinder in the case of an angular cross section and thus continuously free itself of the material flow from the demolition. The effect of the demolition roller is decisively enhanced when the tube cylinder is continuously rotated by the fact that the neck, which has been shaken and loosened by the roller in the trough position, and also the masonry lose their ring vault structure under permanent load and collapse due to their own weight when they reach the slope. In accordance with the geometric conditions of the demolition roller shown, the stabilizing disc is arranged at the rear end, the size of which is adapted to the outer diameter of the preferably conical wrapping figure of the demolition roller. This stabilizing disc stabilizes the movement behavior of the demolition roller with the appropriate setting in the direction of its tip end. In particular when the demolition roller has to move out of the inner jacket of the rotary kiln which is already free of attachment and masonry, the stabilizing disc ensures that the demolition roller moves in the direction of its tip end. The stabilizing disc can be compact or structured in design, changeable in mass, in its position and in the material as well as in its size and in the chosen one Cross section be executed. The stabilizing disc gives the demolition roller a changed position, which is essentially not influenced by the main rubble flow.

Mit dieser Winde 8 ist es möglich, die Längsbewegung der Abbruchwalze 1 zu verzögern und zu stoppeno Fig. 1; 2 and 3 show the part of a horizontal rotary kiln of almost any length and diameter, which is freed from attachment and masonry using the existing self-propulsion. For this purpose, a demolition roller 1, consisting of a
- 4, the demolition roller 1 moves relatively independently or outside of the
oncoming debris flow 14, which reduces the resistance to locomotion. - - The stabilizing
disc 5 in its arrangement according to FIG. 3 ensures that the demolition roller 1 moves in the direction of its tip end even on bare steel jacket areas of therotary kiln 10 with the appropriate setting.
When the demolition roller 1 is moved in a controlled manner against the
