Abstract
Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Verbrennen flüssiger und/oder fester Brennstoffe, insbesondere Kohle oder dergl., in pulverisierter Form, wobei letztere trocken oder mit einer Trägerflüssigkeit, wie Wasser und/oder Öl, vermischt als Emulsion zusammen mit dem Brennstoff unter Ausbildung eines sich etwa konisch öffnenden Sprühkegels in einen Verbrennungsraum (16) eingeleitet werden und dieser Sprühkegel durch eine äußere, ge gebenenfalls rotierende Luftströmung begrenzt wird.
